"Jiaying was an amazing petsitter for my two cats! 🥹 She was extremely communicative throughout — planning and coordinating the sit, asking great questions to ensure she can stick to their routine as closely as possible, and providing daily updates on they were doing!
She was also very considerate, accommodating, and flexible, especially when it came to the handovers at the start and end of the sit, to make sure the transition was as easy as possible and my cats would be well taken care of ☺️
My cats (who are typically more wary of strangers) warmed up to her very quickly and she showered them with a ton of love and attention everyday 🥰

"I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"We had Cynthia to house sit our 2 senior dogs for 4 nights. Her calm nature was felt by our Chihuahuas and they bonded with her almost immediately. Cynthia provided us with timely updates and sent us photos and videos of our pups daily. It gave us great relief to know that our kids were in good hands and well taken cared when we were away. She is punctual, accommodating, responsible and followed instructions well and was able to accommodate one of our special need senior dog with her medication on a daily basis. The state of our home was well kept when we returned too.
Cynthia did an amazing job with our dogs and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love her to care for our pups again. Thank you very much Cynthia!"

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!
We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. She's not just a cat sitter; she's a true cat lover, and we're lucky to have found her. We'll definitely engage her more often in the future!"

"Yvonne came to our place for 5 days while we were overseas to take care of our 2 furry kids (cat and dog). During our first meeting Yvonne asked a lot of questions to make sure she met our expectations, then we had daily updates and photos. And knowing our little Rufus, I know she didn't really get to rest! When we came back, our flat was clean, and our 2 kids looked very happy. We recommend Yvonne for your peace of mind."

"We booked Victoria for full time house sitting for our 2 cats, and we have nothing but positive things to say. She stayed in constant communication provided photo updates to ensure us of the cats wellbeing. When we returned, the cats seemed healthy and happy, and our house was in the exact same state as when we left it. You can tell Victoria genuinely enjoys being around pets and cares for them. "We had to leave our 2 pets for the weekend. As our dog is still a puppy (4mo), we were really worried about letting him with a petsitter. But Wayne is a great person, we had regular updates and photos/videos. We can see he has a lot of experience. "Ai Tong took really great care of churro and we can't recommend her enough! From the moment we entrusted her with churro, we knew that he'd be in safe hands- Ai Tong demonstrated great patience and care, is responsible, communicative and very thoughtful. She was very attentive to churro's needs and frequently kept us updated which we greatly appreciated. She also makes the effort to take note of any new routines and follows through instructions very competently. Churro took a liking to Ai Tong really fast (usually my cat is wary and takes time to warm up to strangers) and was so comfortable with her that he did not leave her side even when we were back! You can tell that she genuinely care about the pets she looks after, which is so reassuring to know as pet owners.
Also, we were pleasantly surprised that she took the initiative to clean the house and water the plants though we did not request for her to do it, the house was spotless and even cleaner than when we had left it, thank you for being so considerate to our home as well.
Overall an excellent experience, we couldn't be more grateful for her help! Will definitely reach out to her again for future sittings."
