"I chose Jiaying to do housesitting for my 2 cats during my 1 week holiday. And it was the best decision I have made for my cats. She did a meet and greet to meet me and the cats first. She’s a friendly girl and I can see that she loves cats. One of my cats immediately warmed up to her which was heartwarming. She followed my instructions on taking care of the cats and gives me ample updates (photos and videos) during my trip. She also helps to take care of my home. She kept the house neat and tidy while taking care of the cats. The cats adore her. How do I know? The cats slept with her at nights, either on the bed with her or just being in the same room as her.
I would highly recommend her for any cat sitting or house sitting of your pets! Thank you Jiaying for helping me look after my Myo and Simba. Will definitely look for you to house sit again for my future trips. "

"I came across Sarah’s profile by accident and decided to just contact her and see how it goes to catsit my 4 cats. Best decision ever! For someone so young, she has a special affinity with cats and more than makes up for the lack of experience in catsitting. She loves them and they love her. My cats simply adored her. She knows how to assure them, play with them and in a very short time, she’s learned all their quirks and behaviours and adapt accordingly. I had no behavioral issues from any of my 4 cats since I got back 2 weeks ago unlike my previous trip with a different sitter. My orange cat adapted quickly to having me around again. I totally trust Sarah to care for my cats as well as I do. I could not recommend Sarah enough so I’ll just say that I’ve booked her again for December even before I came back!"

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday.
1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start.
2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him.
3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home.
I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

Communication: Sarah was fantastic in keeping me updated throughout the week. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.

"Steve and Jen were fantastic looking after our two pups while we were away on vacation for a week. Our two dogs tend to be quite high energy and are used to people being home with them on a regular basis, so finding a sitter that worked from home and spent a good amount of time with them was important.
We did a meet and greet with hem prior to leaving the dogs so they knew what they were getting in to and could check out the house. Good communication when we wanted/needed it and otherwise let us enjoy our vacation.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for others and already have another stay booked with them for upcoming travel.
