"Jiaying was an amazing petsitter for my two cats! 🥹 She was extremely communicative throughout — planning and coordinating the sit, asking great questions to ensure she can stick to their routine as closely as possible, and providing daily updates on they were doing! She was also very considerate, accommodating, and flexible, especially when it came to the handovers at the start and end of the sit, to make sure the transition was as easy as possible and my cats would be well taken care of ☺️ My cats (who are typically more wary of strangers) warmed up to her very quickly and she showered them with a ton of love and attention everyday 🥰 Thank you so much for taking such great care of them, Jiaying! "

"Engaged Cindy to house sit and my cats seemed relaxed under her care. I like it that she is patient with the lengthy and detailed guide I swarmed her on my cats’ feedings etc. One of my cats required medications just before I left for my trip and I’m so thankful that Cindy was up to the challenge! She also followed various instructions well. The only improvement I can think of is probably more daily pics and videos of my cats or her interactions with them, but I can also understand she was likely hands tight. Overall, very happy with her! Thank you Cindy!"

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone! We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. "Yvonne came to our place for 5 days while we were overseas to take care of our 2 furry kids (cat and dog). During our first meeting Yvonne asked a lot of questions to make sure she met our expectations, then we had daily updates and photos. And knowing our little Rufus, I know she didn't really get to rest! When we came back, our flat was clean, and our 2 kids looked very happy. We recommend Yvonne for your peace of mind."

"Alden was great at home-sitting with our dog. He was on time and his communication was excellent - he asked good questions and kept us updated often which was greatly appreciated. We had quite a few neighbors and friends comment that they bumped into him while he was walking our dog and they had only nice things to say - they complimented his polite demeanor and that he was very good with our dog and spoke to her with care and confidence. He was also great at accommodating any requests we had while he was sitting for us. Overall an excellent experience and hope to hire him again as our dog seems to really like him!"

"We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK. From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.
