"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!
We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. She's not just a cat sitter; she's a true cat lover, and we're lucky to have found her. We'll definitely engage her more often in the future!"

"I had an amazing experience with Ai Tong as my cat sitter.
She is truly a person with a kind heart and a deep understanding of cats. My cat Tiger has always been very shy and afraid of strangers, but slowly, he started to see her as a member of our home. That meant so much to me.
Every day, she updated me with several photos and videos, showing me that Tiger had eaten, played, and was doing well. She kept my home extremely clean — she vacuumed, changed the litter, refreshed the water, and even helped water my plants.
One thing that really touched me was when she found a bouquet of fresh flowers at my home. Instead of throwing it away, she turned it into dried flowers because she felt it was too precious to waste. That gesture meant a lot to me.
She also noticed the ant problem in my kitchen, something I’ve been very stressed about, and she even brought over some ant repellent from her own home to help me solve it. She didn’t have to do that, but she did — because she genuinely cares.
As a cat owner herself with two adopted cats, she is extremely knowledgeable about cat behavior. She even recommended healthier food and treats for Tiger, and taught me a few useful tips.
When I walked through my door after my trip, the whole home felt clean, peaceful, and well taken care of.
Thanks to Ai Tong, I was finally able to travel peacefully after many years of being afraid to leave my cat behind. She is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and absolutely wonderful with pets.
I’m so grateful to have found her.

"We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK.
From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.
It was a very pleasant, trouble-free experience, and so we'd have no hesitation in recommending Wee to anyone needing a house or dog sitter, or engaging Wee again ourselves. "

"Cathy took care of our wet nose fur baby, Milo, a golden retriever 3yrs old for 2.5 weeks and we are absolutely delighted with everything. She is an excellent communicator and made sure to ask when in doubt which made me feel safe and secure that our dog was in good hands.
She also made sure to socialize Milo with other dogs and took her out and about after getting confirmation from us to give Milo great days with fun and interaction.

"We had to leave our 2 pets for the weekend. As our dog is still a puppy (4mo), we were really worried about letting him with a petsitter. But Wayne is a great person, we had regular updates and photos/videos. We can see he has a lot of experience. "Kash was an amazing dog sitter to our 1 year old Shiba. We had him over for 18 nights while my husband and I were overseas. It was the first time being apart from our fur baby for so long but our holiday was completely worry-free as he would send regular updates. Kash’s experience with pets really showed. He had to administer some topical creams for Benji and did so with no difficulty. Benji really enjoyed Kash’s company on walks, at the dog park, and at home.

"Second time engaging Daniel and I couldn't have been happier! "It was our first time engaging a cat sitter for our current set of cats, Lyra was very accommodating to our requests and the needs of the cats.
She remain in constant communication with us throughout the trip. Very patient with both the cats, especially the one with extra feeding requirement.

"Wanda is amazing and we highly recommend her. She took care of our Bengal cat for a period of 5 days. Throughout that time, she stayed in constant communication and sent several pictures and videos to keep our minds at ease. Bengals can be difficult cats to take care of, but Wanda did it with ease and enthusiasm. She quickly formed a meaningful relationship with our cat and took great care of him.
