"Annabelle took care of our dogs and cat for a week while we were traveling. She sent daily photos, videos, and updates. She was also great about giving my big dog his allergy meds and probiotics, and putting shoes and socks on him to go outside. She even succeeded in getting our very independent cat to be somewhat social. Would highly recommend her as a pet sitter. "

"Dawn was great! She was a pet sitter for me for two nights due to an urgent work trip. She was quick to reply and took up the job after going through all the essential pet sitting duties thoroughly. Over the course of the sit, she made sure to send me daily updates accompanied with photos. I'm very happy to have her as my sitter, and would gladly approach her again in the future."

"We had Cynthia to house sit our 2 senior dogs for 4 nights. Her calm nature was felt by our Chihuahuas and they bonded with her almost immediately. Cynthia provided us with timely updates and sent us photos and videos of our pups daily. It gave us great relief to know that our kids were in good hands and well taken cared when we were away. She is punctual, accommodating, responsible and followed instructions well and was able to accommodate one of our special need senior dog with her medication on a daily basis. The state of our home was well kept when we returned too.
Cynthia did an amazing job with our dogs and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love her to care for our pups again. Thank you very much Cynthia!"

"I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"My husband and I had to go on an urgent overseas trip for 12 days. This was the first and longest time we had to leave our 6 year old Singapore Special in the care of someone new who had to dog-sit in our home. We were advised by our trainer and vet that given Sunny's disposition, it would be best that she is taken care in her familiar home environment and not sent away. We found Eugene through Pawshake and we really got lucky! We made contact and he agreed to a meet-and-greet to see Sunny and find out more about our requirements. One of our key requirements was to have the dog-sitter stay overnight with Sunny. On the day we left, we gave Eugene a list of instructions on Sunny's routines, food and feeding times, how to clean her petloo, food and feeding times for our aquarium fish, how to use our washing machine (in case she has an accident and sheets need to be washed) and emergency contact numbers. While we were away, he whatsapped us regular updates on how Sunny was doing and this gave us relief that all was good with her. When we returned, we came home to a happy dog, well kept home, newly changed bedsheets for us and Sunny's dog bed. (He had taken the initiative to wash the bedsheets and dogsheets so that we didn't have to do it when we came home.) As Sunny tends to malt, her fur can be all over the house. We also noticed that our floors were clean, so he must have taken the initiative to vacuum our floors as well. We feel that Eugene is a responsible and trustworthy dog+fish+homesitter, who will understand your dog's needs, who will follow your instructions closely and also go above and beyond expectation in his pet/home sitting service. We are very very happy and grateful for all his help! We highly recommend him for what he does will definitely use his services again."

"Thankful for Joz’s care of my fur babies (senior dog and recently adopted cat) during the house sitting experience of 3 weeks.
Joz was very kind and patient, sent regular updates of moments she experienced with them and even took care of my ant problem during her house sitting time with them.
I also came home to a neat and clean home which lovely as it isn’t easy managing messes in a home with a cat and a dog.

"A big shout out to Jacqueline for her patience and dedication towards Rusty. Jacqueline possessed the knowledge and the skill on how to handle and interact with fur kid that are cautious with stranger. With Rusty, they are able to build a bond in just 2 days. "Lydia & Cez stayed in our home and looked after our Dalmatian 'Buddy' over Christmas / New Years and we could not be happier with how it worked out. In a case of bad timing, only 2 days after we left, Buddy developed an urgent medical condition (bladder stones) that required immediate surgery and Cez & Lydia dealt with it brilliantly including several trips to the vet and ongoing support for Buddy as he recovered from the surgery over the following couple of weeks. It was clear when we arrived home that Buddy had become very attached to Cez and Lydia and had been very comfortable with them. They also did a great job of looking after our house. I would definitely recommend them and will be checking their availability first next time we are planning a trip."

"Regan is a wonderful dog sitter. We needed someone to stay at our place while we were away for 1 week to take care of our dog. Doggie is a rescue Singapore Special; he is very fearful of strangers and has a lot of fear triggers. We left a lot of instructions for Regan, and we were afraid of being obnoxious/overbearing, but Regan was always so gracious and he readily complied with them all. Once our dog got to know Regan, he was so at ease around Regan that we were pleasantly surprised! He replied swiftly, communicated effectively and also took initiatives in some aspects that we did not require of him. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to any dog parents. "For anyone who’s looking for a committed, easy-going and reliable sitter- look no further! Trixie is one of the best on this platform.
Before coming across Trixie’s profile I had communicated with another sitter who cancelled us a week before our trip. So, to say Trixie was god-sent is an understatement. I was able to keep Trixie up to speed relatively quick and she understood our requests for overnight booking (for 8 fussy cats!!) so hats off to her.
Trixie initiated a group chat to communicate updates on our cats well-being for the 2 nights she’ll be staying over. I can attest she went above and beynd for our furry-bullies who unfortunately put Trixie to a lot of work (cleaning vomit and poop outside of litter tray!!), to which she met up to the task every single time.
Caring for 8 notti fussies is a lot considering Trixie does not have any pets of her own but she was able to prioritise each cat’s antics and provided a safe space for all of them. The cats truly felt way too comfortable with her and I have no doubt in my mind Trixie will care for your needy kitties too if you’re looking for an ideal petsitter.
Would we book Trixie again? A hundred percent if Trixie would have us! I am saving her contact forever and recommending to friends and family should they require pet-sitting services.
