"Yiping took very good care of my senior dogs and guinea pigs, even through their exhausting medical issues. She communicated well and followed whatever advice was given. Really appreciate the amount of care she gave them! Also treated the house very well, came back to it nicely cleaned up. "

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday.
1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start.
2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him.
3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home.
I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

"For anyone who’s looking for a committed, easy-going and reliable sitter- look no further! Trixie is one of the best on this platform.
Before coming across Trixie’s profile I had communicated with another sitter who cancelled us a week before our trip. So, to say Trixie was god-sent is an understatement. I was able to keep Trixie up to speed relatively quick and she understood our requests for overnight booking (for 8 fussy cats!!) so hats off to her.
Trixie initiated a group chat to communicate updates on our cats well-being for the 2 nights she’ll be staying over. I can attest she went above and beynd for our furry-bullies who unfortunately put Trixie to a lot of work (cleaning vomit and poop outside of litter tray!!), to which she met up to the task every single time.
Caring for 8 notti fussies is a lot considering Trixie does not have any pets of her own but she was able to prioritise each cat’s antics and provided a safe space for all of them. The cats truly felt way too comfortable with her and I have no doubt in my mind Trixie will care for your needy kitties too if you’re looking for an ideal petsitter.
Would we book Trixie again? A hundred percent if Trixie would have us! I am saving her contact forever and recommending to friends and family should they require pet-sitting services.

"I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"We had Cynthia to house sit our 2 senior dogs for 4 nights. Her calm nature was felt by our Chihuahuas and they bonded with her almost immediately. Cynthia provided us with timely updates and sent us photos and videos of our pups daily. It gave us great relief to know that our kids were in good hands and well taken cared when we were away. She is punctual, accommodating, responsible and followed instructions well and was able to accommodate one of our special need senior dog with her medication on a daily basis. The state of our home was well kept when we returned too.
Cynthia did an amazing job with our dogs and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love her to care for our pups again. Thank you very much Cynthia!"

"Kash was an amazing dog sitter to our 1 year old Shiba. We had him over for 18 nights while my husband and I were overseas. It was the first time being apart from our fur baby for so long but our holiday was completely worry-free as he would send regular updates. Kash’s experience with pets really showed. He had to administer some topical creams for Benji and did so with no difficulty. Benji really enjoyed Kash’s company on walks, at the dog park, and at home.
The house was also really well taken care of, we came back to a clean apartment and a happy dog (who might not have missed us so much cuz he had so much fun with Kash). Without a doubt, we’ve found our go to dog sitter for Benji ☺️ 200% would recommend! "

"Jan took care of my furkids for 4 days. Prior to the date of taking care of my furkids, we arranged for a meet up with her to firm things up. I was impressed that she actually took down notes on what I was saying. During the time she took care of my furkids, she managed to get one of my cat which is a picky eater to finish the food. She also kept the house clean and goes the extra mile to vaccum the house and tidy it up even though it was not require of her to do so. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good pet sitter. "

"Second time engaging Daniel and I couldn't have been happier! This time he had an anxious dog, a skittish foster guinea pig and a free roaming guinea pig to deal with...and he handled them all beautifully.
