Eat well, play well, sleep well, care well! This was my little furkid how he enjoyed his king star style staycation over his boarding house.

Thank you so much to Pauline and Allen, you were given Louise excellent care and even go beyond sending him back to home for few rides!

We feel so blessed and relieved finally we got a trusted and safely home boarder! Pauline and Allen even allowed us to have a trial session, with so, my little pooch can adapt well with the new environment before settled down in long periods. Besides, he got chance to meet up with their friendly, Junior to kept him company throughout the stays.

In fact, there's quite challenging to take care of my little baby, as he still having difficult time adjusting his grief over loss of his long time "pack" buddy which was very closely bonded with. At home, he always hiding himself underneath of bed in full day, even lost interest in his favorite daily walk, favorite snacks.., there's really sad to see his behaviour has changed a lots.

My furbaby used to be fussy and choosy on food. Pauline managed to improved his eating habits by giving extra patience, trial and error along the way. Finally he came back home with little gain weight and have an increase boost in his appetite, there's thumbs up!

They send us the update pictures and videos and tell us about his daily life and behaviour. They try to introduce him to make more new friends at park when walking day and night.

Their home helper is dog lover too, she got magic to get my boy follow her all day round, watching up her every movement, finally becomes her 24hr new body guard!

They go extra miles to cheer up my depressed dog, pay much efforts and patiently correcting his habit and behaviour. They made us completely feel at ease and relaxed by putting our precious baby in their good hands. We will definately board them again on our next time travel for sure! Also, will highly recommend to our friends who need the service.

Pauline, Alan & family including their helper, Jean are awesome. They really took great care of my lil Pumpkin during her 5 days staycation.

Before boarding, we had a meetup for Pumpkin to get used to Junior as Pauline wants Pumpkin & Junior to be comfortable with each other which is very good idea.

Pauline updated very frequently with videos , photos & shared daily stories of Pumpkin which put our mind at ease with no worries at all. They were so patient with her when she refused to walk. Even carried her all the way. What touched me most is the TLC Pauline has for Pumpkin. Making sure Pumpkin drank enough water. Brushing her fur & her teeth daily. And bringing her for outing with their dog, Junior. There was a wound on Pumpkin's butt from grooming which need attention (sadly I thought it was ok) but Pauline was so concerned that she applied ointment for her. During one rainy night, Pumpkin was terrified and they reassure & pat her.She has the best interest for Pumpkin & we can see she cares very much for Pumpkin. Really appreciate all the TLC given.We highly recommended Pauline and will definitely go back to her in future
