Hi! I am Rachel from Singapore. I have always loved dogs and rabbits, as well as other pets including reptiles. However, due to my parents’ allergy to animals’ fur, I have not had pets in the home. It has always been my wish to own my own pet dog but as of now, it would not be possible. Hence, I hope to use this platform to be able to take care of dogs, cats, rabbits etc on behalf of other owners!
I am someone who is amicable and approachable. I will treat your pets with lots of love and care and they will definitely be in safe hands.
I live in bishan and there is a lovely park near my house at the Bishan-AMK Park. I am able to bring your fur balls there for a lovely walk during my free weekends, as well as weekday evenings after work.
I had prior experience in dog sitting and dog walking when I was a student in the UK, giving me plentiful of opportunities to help dog owners to take care of their fur balls when they are away from home. I used to walk the dogs in Liverpool for 2 hours twice a week and one of the dogs that left me with a deep impression was “Babsie” he was a young poodle with lustrous black knight fur coat. He was very friendly and had a huge personality. He would always run up to me whenever he saw me. He hardly barks at any strangers but only when he feels there’s imminent threat approaching.
(Current Job Experience) In Singapore, I am currently working at J dog unit, a pet daycare and boarding Pioneer branch. I have taken care of rabbits, terrapins, dogs and cats of various breeds. During my job stint, I have gone for numerous house calls to check on the pets in the owners' homes and administered medication to pets who are unwell. It is a very meaningful job and I thoroughly enjoy being in the presence of animals.

Reviews
Booked Rachel for 2 visits for 3 days. Very enthusiastic and full of love. Maybe she doesn't deal much with cats so doesn't know how to handle them properly. My fault for never leave clear instructions, she was sick on the first visit so I had to do everything in text.
Communication can be better at least some update that she has come and left the house. Photos of feeding proportion also appreciated. There was literally no update unless I asked from her. But all is well, maybe some improvement next time 😊
