For 12.5 years, I was the primary caregiver to my rescued Singapore Special, Kuro, whom I raised from the time she was just about one week old. She wasn’t just a pet — she was family. Walking through every stage of her life taught me what it truly means to care for an animal with patience, responsibility, and deep emotional commitment.

In Dec 2025, I said goodbye to Kuro after her brave fight with mast cell tumour. Caring for her through illness deepened my understanding of attentive pet care — from noticing subtle changes in behaviour to prioritising comfort, dignity, and calm, consistent routines. This experience has made me especially mindful when caring for senior, anxious, or unwell pets.

Becoming a pet sitter is my way of continuing that love and sense of purpose. I understand that every pet is unique, with their own personality, routines, fears, and needs. Whether it’s quiet companionship, gentle handling, medication support, or simply being present, I care for every pet as if they were my own.

When your pet is with me, they’re not just being watched — they’re being cared for by someone who truly understands how much they mean to you.

I’m also happy to care for other pets such as cats. My family previously owned cats for a year, and I have 2 years of experience working in a pet shop.

🏡 Home Boarding at My Place

For the safety and well-being of all pets, I only accept pets with up-to-date vaccinations (within the last 2 years) and active flea & tick prevention for home boarding. My husband and I are care partners for your pets, and we look forward to welcoming and caring for your pets together in a calm, safe, and loving environment.

If your pet has any special requirements (e.g. home-cooked meals, sleeping on mats, specific routines), please let me know in advance so I can accommodate them as best as possible.

Teeth brushing services are not provided. You may bring dental chews for your pet during the boarding period.

Ear cleaning is available for an additional $5 per session. Please inform me in advance if this service is required. Otherwise, kindly ensure your pet’s ears are cleaned before boarding.

Bathing / Showering (includes blow-dry): Small dogs at an additional $30, and Medium dogs at an additional $40. If pets arrive unkempt or stay longer than 8 nights, a shower will be required, and charges will apply.

Walks: Minimum 2 walks per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening). Approximately 15 minutes per walk (no walks exceeding 30 minutes). All paws will be thoroughly cleaned after each walk.

Drop-off & Pick-up: Drop-off by 8:00 PM. Pick-up time should match the drop-off time (e.g. drop-off at 10:00 AM → pick-up at 10:00 AM). Pick-ups that are more than 30 minutes late will incur a daycare rate (e.g. a 10:00 AM drop-off on the first day with a 10:35 AM pick-up on the last day will result in the last day being charged as daycare). 

Feeding: Meal duration is 30 minutes. Any uneaten dry food will be kept, and wet food will be disposed of after the meal period.

🐾 Day Care at My Place 

Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Minimum 1 walk per day (late afternoon). Approximately 10 minutes per walk (no walks exceeding 20 minutes). All paws will be thoroughly cleaned after the walk.
