Only accepts female or neutered male dog as my puppy hasn't been spayed yet

My home situation & preferences

• I work from home, in 2br condo with Daisy mini dachshund puppy roaming around the house. Would be great if our dogs can play together, if not, i do have playpen/gate to section off some areas.
• Daisy is an intact female puppy, very demure and somewhat shy. She'll need a minute to warm up to dogs/humans, after that she would be more than happy to play. No aggression whatsoever and rarely barks. I keep her vaccinations up to date and on Nextgard Spectra.

• There is a dedicated toilet for your dog that I can put pee pad and balcony for sunbathing session if your dog needs its daily dose of vitamin D ☀️.  
• Aircon almost 24/7 with air purifiers in each room.
• The dog is allowed to roam around freely in the house and sleep in my room at night if the space is sufficient. 
• I only accepts 1 booking at a time, so only your dog and Daisy.
• Once in a while I will need to go out, dogs will be left alone for max 4hrs. If your dog cant be left alone(has separation anxiety), please let me know in advance for me to make necessary arrangements.

What is included:

• Daily Feeding/reheating food
• 2 walks a day if weather permits
• Change water daily
• Change pee pad/diaper daily or more as needed
• Daily play time, cleaning of crate/sleeping area, brushing of fur and brush teeth
• Weekly shower and ear cleaning, if you prefer to use your own products feel free to bring it over
• At least 3 photos/videos updates per day

Optional:

• I can pickup/drop off using GrabPet for 40/trip (around 5km from my house). I have a hard case carrier/dog seatbelt for small dogs.
