Hello! I'm Sereneth :)

While I've been working with dogs since 2016, I've had the chance to work under and learn from a R+ positive reinforcement trainer in 2020 for four years. Under her wing, I've also learnt how to reinforce the basic obedience training the dogs have learnt, in different social settings within a controlled environment. I have also completed the Canine First Responder Course (under MJ First Aid Training) :) 

I've mostly house sat for my friends when they're out of the country, or have unexpected changes of plans and foresee a busy period where they need extra hands. Since I'll occupy their space for a bit, I also help with some general housekeeping to keep things clean and neat (as well as receive any mail)!

Locations covered:
House sitting (overnight): anywhere
House visit (1 or 2x a day) / Dog walking: I'm based in Bukit Merah, so I can cover anywhere in the South region (i.e Clementi, Bukit Timah, Novena, Harbourfront, CBD.)

Experience with animals:
I have more experience with dogs as I've worked with them a lot. Through the course of 9 years, I've worked with all kinds of dogs, from Chihuahuas to Westies, to Goldies and Labs, to Huskies. As I'm on the smaller side, I will not be able to work with dogs larger than Retrievers, for safety reasons. I'm also able to administer oral medication as there were the occasional cases of medication needed for some dogs in school. 

As for cats, I have only cared for the stray cats in my neighbourhood, as well as my friends', and it's only on the basic side of things. I'll still be able to employ similar upkeeping methods, such as feeding, visual checks and spending time with them.

Updates provided:
House sitting:
- Updates on whether they've finished their meal, and whether they've peed/pooped (along with its condition)
- Photos and videos of them playing and/or being cute

House visit:
- Updates on required duties
- Photos and videos of them playing and/or being cute 

Dog walking:
- Updates on their walk, as well as their stool condition
- Photos of their walk (if you want them!)
