About Melvin

We are a couple residing in a 2-room condominium in Bukit Timah with a 1 year old playful corgi that is sociable with other dogs. We work from home most of the time and will be looking after your pet ourselves! Our apartment is on the first floor, with a small park behind where your furkid will be brought for daily walks. We have >5 years handling and boarding different breeds of dogs for our friends and relatives, ranging from toy poodles, Shih tzus, Maltese to skittish rescue Singapore Specials. You will be assured that your furkid will enjoy your time with us!

Although we are available for the above periods, we have a set of criteria for boarding dogs and do not accept just any dog that requests for boarding.

Pick Up/Drop-off

We are flexible in terms of the pick-up and drop-off timing

We can provide transport at the following rates: 25$ one-way (requires 3 days advanced notice); 35$ one-way (emergency transport cases)

Daily boarding schedule

Your dog will be walked twice daily. (Negotiable if your pet requires more/less walks per day!)

We will follow your dog's feeding schedule.

We have plenty of interactive and enrichment toys for your dog to play with!

Your dog may socialize and interact with our playful 1-year-old male corgi under supervision.

You will be updated via Whatsapp with photos and videos of your dog daily.

Important points to note

Please make sure your dog is up to date with his/her vaccinations.

We have a park directly behind our place which we will bring your dog for his/her daily walks.

We only board 1 dog at a time.

Your dog may be left alone for a few hours with our corgi (in separate playpens) while we are out running errands.

If your dog is a picky eater and fussy with food, we will try to feed him/her again once after 1 hour. If your dog still does not want to eat, unfortunately we cannot leave the food around the house and wait for your dog to eat as the food will attract pests such as ants and cockroaches. We will try feeding again during his/her next meal.

VERY IMPORTANT: Dogs we are unable to accept for boarding

Unspayed/unneutered dogs >1.5 years of age.

Any sort of separation anxiety. Dogs sent to us for boarding should have no separation anxiety.

Any escape tendencies.

Whine and bark excessively. We are residing in a condominium complex and it may cause disturbance and complaints from neighbours.

We do not accept dogs that are not playpen trained. E.g. whining and barking non-stop when placed in a playpen.
