She could read her body language and knew how to interact, and I could tell my cat was comfortable around her. Communication was great and proactive and I could completely relax in my trip. "Zhi Quan and Zi Huan did a great job ensuring that my 3 cats were cared for well while we were away for 2 weeks. They sent lots of pictures and videos as well as updates on their behaviours. Really eased our worries on how the cats are doing. They showered them with lots of love while they adjusted to their new temporary routine. We will definitely be happy to engage them again!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

"Without Desiree, my trip would not have been possible. I knew after meeting her that she was someone I could trust, not just with my cat but also with my home. She read the notes I prepared ahead of time and listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and even took down her own notes.
While on my trip she took great care of my cat, quickly earning her trust and love, and also sent me many messages and photos which helped me rest easy the whole week. I was very worried at first but as every day passed, Desiree helped to comfort both my cat and me and before I knew it, it was time to go home. "Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."

During the week, she kept me updated with photos of my dogs during her visits and arrival/departure times, which was very helpful. She brought toys for my dog to play with as well. Will book again!"
