"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Livia was great with my sassy Keila while I was away for two weeks!
Keila doesn't warm up easily with people she isn't familiar with, and Livia managed to gain her trust and love by being very gentle and patient!
I received plenty of videos and pictures at every visit, which reassured me Keila was in good hands.
Livia visited Keila twice a day and provided all the care Keila needs in terms of her special diet, clean the litter, pat her, play with her, and even taught her a new language 🤭
I can only recommend Livia to anyone who is looking for a sitter to their kitties!

"This was my first time using Pawshake and I was blessed to have Sara. You can immediately tell that Sara’s a cat lover and an experienced sitter from her interaction with my Cheeto. "Vijay recently took care of my two cats, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, communication was fantastic – prompt and responsive. I received thoughtful updates, photos, little notes that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. He even shared observations on their behaviour, mood and body language. That kind of attention and keen eye was a first for me! Even when he came in to meet my cats they went to him promptly and were comfortably curious, including my generally shy and skittish one. One of my cats requires daily medication, and it was such a relief knowing it was handled with care and consistency.
Both my kitties looked so happy, comfortable, and well-cared-for when I returned – it was clear they had been given not just the essentials, but also real attention and affection. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets is priceless, and I feel lucky to have found such a genuine sitter. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive pet sitter. I cannot recommend Vijay enough! "

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "
