Lola

Hello! My name is Lola and I am an 19-year-old student. I love all animals but most especially Dogs. I looked after my beautiful Shih-Tzu Yuki for 13 years although sadly Yuki passed away from old age last year. I learnt how to feed, walk and care for dogs during that time. My experience stems to volunteering with a dog shelter in Bali, rescuing and fostering dogs for more than three years when we frequently visit the island, although due to covid I am now based in Singapore. I also worked at a dog shelter in Mostar, Bosnia Herzegovina for two years while I was studying internationally for my IB. My house is centrally located near Orchard Road and we have a front and back garden area to allow for your furry friend to sunbathe or relax and play outside. 

Your furry friend will have full access to the whole house however we do have a stairgate on the stairs for safety. My family also love dogs and will be involved with walking, playing and spending time and cuddles with your fur baby. The areas of the house and garden are spacious for your dog to have its own space during downtimes while still being supervised. At night the dog will sleep in my bedroom but will have access to an enclosed balcony if needed. Some doggies like their own bed and others prefer mine :)

My schedule is flexible due to me recently finishing school, so please feel free to reach out and discuss something that works for both of us regarding the care you're looking to receive for your dog! My family is experienced with all types of dogs and can assist with organising personalised requirements like vet visits, a trusted groomer to visit our house and dealing with Pet Relocation companies. I can assure you that with any service I provide, your precious one will be in good and loving hands the entire time I care for them.

Services I offer: Doggy Daycare and Doggy Boarding. I ask you to bring items that your dog finds familiar to make their stay more comfortable ie: Food, Dishes, Treats, Shampoo, Brush, Bedding, Toys, Poop bags. I enjoy baking my personal recipe doggy treat biscuits which are Organic and Healthy!  

Side note: my usual walking locations are the areas of Orchard, Somerset, Emerald Hill and Fort Canning Park. I also like to stop at doggy friendly cafes during our walks. 

Please let me know about your Dogs behaviours, routines, and preferences ie: walking duration, activities, medications, etc ahead of time so that I can best care for your beloved pet! I am open to caring for larger dogs, although I prefer small to medium. With the current COVID-19 situation, I can also promise to be as sanitary as possible with the pet's equipment and belongings and will wash and clean the bedding and toys as needed during their stay.
