Hi there! We are a couple living in a 2 bedroom condo with a decent size balcony. The condo name is 368 Thomson. 

Luffy, is a spayed male cocker spaniel. He is good with other dogs, has no food aggression and does not bark much. He attends school sometimes at Pawsible, so he is definitely well socialised. His favourite game is fetch and go endlessly on it.

My husband and I have had dogs since young and we are very patient with them. I can do basic grooming like cleaning of ears and administering of medications. My husband works from home and I work office hours with Mondays working from home. I can teach basic commands like sit and stay.

Do ensure your furkids are up to date on their yearly vaccine. It would be appreciated if you can share that with me as well. Do also let me know if your furkid is only grass trained/pee pad trained or both.
