Hi there! My name is Ellyn and I’m a 33-year-old who is dog mum to a 2 year old Cavapoo, Leila. I'm on this platform because I genuinely love dogs, but more importantly, after becoming a dog mum myself, I recognize the importance of quality care and devotion to our furkids. Through my services as a dog-boarder/sitter/walker, I hope to share the love and care I pour into taking care and training Leila to other doggies. I believe every furkid is precious and only the best is good enough for them.

What I offer:

My home and availability: I stay in a 4 room HDB at Bidadari with several parks and a dog run nearby which I would be happy to bring your pup there on walks/playtime.

I live with my husband and my 2 year old female cavapoo named Leila! Leila is friendly, does not have toy/food aggression and knows her boundaries when playing with other dogs. Both my husband and I are experienced in taking care of dogs and we also frequently help to dog sit our neighbours’ and friends' pets so we good with having dogs over to stay in our home.

In my house, I offer both options of free roaming and exploring around my house or set up boundaries depending on your furkid’s temperament and preferences.

I hold a full time job but am able to work from home twice a week. My husband is currently full time work from home. As such, there will always be either of us present at home 24/7 with the only exception being short periods of time (2 hours max) where we might do grocery runs or go out nearby to grab lunch/dinner. Should we need to step out, we have cameras installed in our home to keep an eye on your pet and our house is able to be set up with proper boundaries and sufficient space for both dogs to co-exist.  

Communication: I will provide frequent check-ins and updates on your pet when they are with me with at least 3X photo/video updates daily for all doggy services (daycare, walking and boarding).

Walks: I am well-trained to walk dogs nicely on-leash. I use a loose leash walk method where I let the dog sniff and have ample freedom to walk, while still being in control. I am always mindful of safe interactions with other dogs, and will keep your pet safe when encountering other dogs on walks. Depending on your pet’s temperament as advised by you, I am able to tailor my walk style and path to best suit your dog :)

I am able to take dogs on walks twice-thrice daily, depending on your pet's energy levels/needs. Each walk is a minumum of 15 minutes (unless otherwise stated), and I am more than happy to take them on longer walks too (up to 45-minutes or as per requested duration). I believe a walk is a dog's most precious time to explore nature and sniff around so I will always be patient and listen to your pet’s cues on his/her walks.

Areas in my neighbourhood for walks include: Potong Pasir dog run (will only bring if you are agreeable), Bidadari park, multiple rooftop gardens and open fields at Bidadari HDB and nearby estate.

Meals: I recognize that every dog has different preferences and tolerances with varying diets. As Leila herself is allergic to most common proteins and is undergoing food trial, I understand the importance for disciplined feeding. It will be best if you can pack your furkid’s meals as well as treats for me to feed at your direction and according to your routine. During meal times, all doggies will be separated and supervised to ensure no snatching nor contamination.

Of course, I will be happy to prepare meals where necessary, be it home cooked meals or otherwise.

Additional treats (depending on your pup’s tolerance) will always be available FOC and given happily!

Dog breeds and sizes that I welcome: I am open to sitting dogs of all sizes. Large breeds to miniature breeds are all welcome! I board a maximum of just 2 dogs at one time.

Playtime/training: I can offer playtime or basic training with your pet, depending on their needs and energy level. I have many snuffle mats, sensory toys and puzzles to

Keep your pup occupied and entertained, ensuring their energy is spent when it comes to bedtime :) I will also teach them basic tricks (think sit, stand, paw, high five etc) with lots of cuddles, belly rubs and scritches along the way!

Extra services: I can administer medication (oral by syringe, ear drops or topical application of creams), and I also can bathe your dog upon request, or if your dog is boarding with me for more than 5 days. I am also a believer of positive reinforcement, when it comes to dog training. 

Daycare Check-in and checkout times: You can drop your pet off as early as 8am, and pick up by 9pm.
