We are staying in a condo in Punggol area that is a walking distance from the Punggol Waterway Park, which is linked to a large Park Connector network. There is no shortage of outdoor areas for walking dogs. Our home is also our office so we could spend a lot of time with the pets that we are taking care of.

We follow the guidelines from SFA (former AVA) and URA. Please kindly make sure your dogs are having valid licenses.

In addition to standard vacuuming and mopping, a steam cleaner is used to remove odours from urine or other dogs instead of using harsh chemicals.

For home visit, only nearby locations are considered.

Day-care requests with consecutive days will be declined.

For boarding, the minimum stay is 2 nights. The check-in and check-out time is from 8am to 10pm. Please check-out at the same time or before the check-in time. Day-care charges will apply for late check-out on the same day before 10pm. No check-out after 10pm so one additional night of boarding will be required and charged. Please kindly bathe your fur babies prior to boarding with us. In addition to bringing food and other necessities upon boarding, please don't leave its pee tray behind if it's toilet trained.

Notes:
1. Dogs that aren't comfortable with the presence of other dogs will NOT be accepted
2. We aren't pet trainers. If your fur babies require trainings of any kind, please kindly contact a trainer instead. We only provide a comfy temporary home, walks and play if required and lots of TLC. Thanks!
3. Diapers will be required and used on those who aren't fully house trained. Please do provide or they'll be charged.

FOC:
1. Shower with min 1 week of boarding
2. Simple oral medication adminstration

Surcharges:
1. Medium - large dog day care or boarding: S$5-15 per day/night (please provide a muzzle for these dog breeds: Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog (and related breeds), Rottweiler, Mastiffs (including the Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, and Dogue De Bordeaux), Crosses of any of the above)
2. Additional S$10 per dog per night in Christmas on Dec 24 and 25 and New Year on Dec 31 and Jan 1.
