Hello!

I have a Singapore Special who I love to bits and she has changed my life. She is reactive and afraid of lots of things and because of that she is really misunderstood. Because of her, I started volunteering particularly with rescue dogs, advocating for them and helping them to get adopted. I am conscious about respecting the space and boundaries of each dog and allowing them to warm up to me at their own pace. I also respect how owners prefer for me to approach their dog best- having a dog myself, I understand that owners know their own dog best and I'm definitely there to support you.

I believe in force free and gentle methods and would be happy to do little things to reinforce what you are working together with your dog with such as treating them when they are calm as long as the methods are positive and force free. I also believe in allowing dogs to sniff and explore as much as they'd like during walks as long as it is safe and within the area you are comfortable with me taking your dog to.

I know what it is like to have a skittish dog as well and I will be mindful of triggers and update you not just on the practical aspects of the walk but also how it was behaviourally and emotionally for your dog and what we can do better to make walks more enjoyable for them. I'm here to be a partner!

Other than walks I am open to house visits or other services that my schedule allows. Look forward to meeting you and your doggie baby!
