Hi Pawshake Community!

Like all of you here, I am an avid animal lover. I was fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by a variety of different animals: cats, dogs, goldfish, terrapins, ducklings and chicks; and when I heard about Pawshake I was ecstatic to find that it was possible to channel my love for animals into a hobby that would help other people with their furry friends.

My areas of expertise are cats and dogs. I currently have two rescue cats and a Shetland Sheepdog as members of my family. I also have experience rescuing and caring for kittens as young as 2 weeks old, and have taken care of newborn puppies.

Pet care will include:

As part of my pet sitting services, I can visit your house once or twice a day. A visit will include feeding your pet, taking your furry friend for a walk (if he or she is a dog, or a cat that loves the outdoors), and playtime (because all animals enjoy playtime!). I also offer brushing services if you have a long haired pet that needs to be brushed daily. However, please note that I am not a groomer and cannot offer nail trimming or haircuts.

If you need me to petsit for more than three days, my visits to your home can include changing out the cat litter, vacuuming (if you own a vacuum), and changing the water in a tank (for those aquatic friends).

I also offer house sitting services, which will include all of the above as well as picking up your mail or any other small chore that needs to be done around the house while you are away.

I can take care of: cats (kittens & adults), dogs (puppies & adults), rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, fish. I am also open to pet sitting birds or reptiles, but please note that my only experience with them have come from interacting with other friends' pets.

Restrictions:

Unfortunately, due to the fact that I am a tiny human, please note that I may not be able to walk or pet sit a high energy large dog. That is not to say that big dogs are out of the question altogether, but I will need to consider each on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding.
