I've had pets all my life, ranging from birds, hamsters, dogs, and cats. Cosmo is my first adopted cat and he took me for a ride! Through him, I learned how to care for a sick kitten (who survived FIP), how to administer jabs, manage his diet, and support his recovery as he relearned how to balance and walk as well as use the toilet properly.
Through the ups and downs with Cosmo, I realized how much we (as pawrents and humans) can do so much more for these vulnerable animals. As such, on top of adopting him last year (seeing the works and being involved in some of CWS fosters and rescue work), I've started on my adventure as a cat sitter. The initial steps were in cat sitting for friends and family, and from there, I learned firsthand from the cats about their needs and desires.
The aim is to help cats regulate and feel well taken care of while being in their own safe space until their pawrents return.
On my services:
- I am available in the mornings and evenings on both weekdays and weekends.
- I can brush and clean after your pet.
- I can administer medication to your pets (only if medicine can be administered with food, or if the cat is easy to handle when administering medicine).
- For home visits, I can stay 1-2 hours with the pet and can water the plants if required to.
