Upon request, we will meet up with the owner for a greet & meet. We will know more about your animal's needs. eg. special care or medication needed

( nebulizer/ subcut / insulin )

Special feeding food: Wet or dry.

Things that we do:

• Feed
• Clean Litter Box
• Administrate medication ( if needed )
• Clean Up After Their Meal
• Litter tray area cleaned
• Playtime with your babies

We will consolidate all pictures to be sent.

We will try our best to communicate with the owner on a daily basis as we are sure the owner will be missing and worried about their babies.

We will also try our best to accommodate with owner's request beyond our means.

We do hope that we could build trust between owners and ourselves.

Your babies will be in good hands.

In any case, your babies are unwell in our care.

We will update you, and if need we will bring them to your trusted vet ( charges will be discussed then )

And their medical will be updated.

In any case, you would like to request any changes, we are open for discussion.

We will be transparent in any kind of way.

We would appreciate honest comments or feedbacks from owners.

**Handover of keys will be done on Meet & Greet Day.

Subsequent booking & handover of keys will be subjected to an agreement on both parties.
