Low volume. High attention. No cages. No children. No balcony. We care for a maximum of 3 small dogs (<10kg) at any one time.

We’re Jamie & Eric — lifelong dog parents who previously cared for a Silky Terrier and 2 Chihuahuas.

Having lived with small dogs of different temperaments and needs, we understand how important routine, gentleness, and supervision are — especially for smaller breeds.

🤝 First-Time Clients – Meet & Greet

For first-time bookings, a Meet & Greet session is recommended to:

• Understand your dog’s routine and needs

• Ensure compatibility

• Give you peace of mind before booking

We believe in the right fit, not just filling slots.

🎒 What to Bring

• Sufficient food & treats

For hygiene, safety, and consistency, we do not prepare or cook fresh meals.

If your dog requires home-cooked food, please fully prepare and cook the meals in advance. Meals must be portioned per serving and frozen before drop-off. We will only reheat by microwave or boiling as instructed.

• Food & water bowls

• Leash & collar / harness

• Pee pads / diapers (if required)

• Poo bags

• A T-shirt with owner’s scent (unwashed but generally clean)

• Toys (optional — we have plenty)

⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Timing

Overnight Boarding:

🕘 9am – Next day 12pm

Daycare:

🕘 9am – Same day 9pm

Please let us know in advance if alternative arrangements are required.

🩺 Health, Hygiene & Safety

For everyone’s safety:

• Dogs must be free of fleas and ticks upon arrival

Please inform us of:

• Vaccination details 💉

• Any medical conditions or allergies 🩺

• Medication instructions 💊

• Preferred vet / animal clinic details

In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately before taking any action.

🚙 Transport (Optional Add-On)

$15 per one-way trip within Yishun, Sembawang, Khatib & Admiralty

Transport to your preferred animal clinic available at reasonable rates

🛒 Purchases of Goods & Services

We do not usually make purchases.

If essentials are required for your dog’s wellbeing, we will assist — all costs incurred will be borne by the owner.
