"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope! She was enjoying time with Xiuqing and her lovely family - super grateful and definitely recommend Xiuqing’s services to anyone! "

"Guowei is a very kind and dedicated doggie owner. Really puts in his best effort to take good care of the doggies under his care. He handled our young puppy very well and could tell our baby had a great time at his homestay with his new friend Bebin! "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"Latte was treated very very well under her care. She will wipe his eyes when he wakes up, mouth eat/drink water and paws after walk! From the way she treats all dogs during their stay, no doubt she is a very patient, kind and caring person for sure. I also received daily updates of my baby in appropriate amount of pictures which makes me able to travel without worry. Flexible pickup and drop off time too. "Allison has been an extremely great dog sitter for my dog Rudy! As Rudy had an existing skin condition, Allison took great care to understand the condition as well as medicine requirements for Rudy. Throughout the 8 days I was away, Allison has constantly updated me with pictures and videos of Rudy smiling happily :) When I went to pick up my dog, he almost seemed a bit sad to leave :( will definitely consider Allison for future bookings!"

"This is the the first the time we tried pet boarding for Snowee and we were rather anxious at first. However, Kyler's professionalism in taking care of Snowee made us feel at ease. "Geraldine has looked after Snowy with top notch care and consideration. Snowy had an abscess during boarding from a decayed tooth and Geraldine noticed he was in pain and immediately took him to the vet and this allowed me to continue my overseas holiday in peace without having to rush back. "Lyne has been a great dogsitter, one of the better ones I have ever encountered! She will update everyday on the walks with photos and videos and how much my furkid has eaten. There will also be videos (cctv footage) on what my furkid is doing when at home . Her whole family is involved in taking care and that assures me full care is given. When it’s time to go home, it can be seen how my doggie misses the daughter and that they shared a great bond. My next trip is in June and it is comforting to know I have Lyne to rely on to take very good care of my furkid :) "

"I'm impressed with Angela's boarding service. Angela and her partner were very accommodating to host our dog. They are careful and responsible to other dogs they were hosting at their place.
