I grew up in a house with a big yard and many dogs, big and small. At one time, we had as many as 6 dogs (excluding the puppies!). I have experience caring for and training dogs to follow simple commands like, sit, stay, come, shake hands, and down. Over the decades, I have had the privilege of owning dog breeds such as Dobermann, Boxer, Dachshund, Alsatian, Samoyed, Beagle, and local dogs of course! I've learnt that every dog, regardless of its breed, has its own personality and temperament and likewise, should be treated in a unique way. 

My favourite dog, Gigi, always had a litter of 4 - 2 males and 2 females. She was a wonderful mommy who always ensured that her pups' needs were cared for before her own. She never left their side! Similarly, when it was time for me to move to the city to work, I made sure to have her by my side. 

I have always loved animals and I'd like to think they love me too. Now that I am retired, I spend time doing the things I love - travelling, hiking and cooking. I enjoy pet-sitting as well, because they bring me joy! In the past I have pet-sat for cats, fishes, turtles and dogs.

I offer pet sitting services tailored for shorter durations, normally up to 4 hours, ideal for when you need to enjoy a meal out or attend brief events. For any additional hour beyond the initial 4 hours, there is an extra charge of $20 per hour, with a maximum total fee not exceeding $100.
