"From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!
I definitely recommend him as a sitter for your pets and will definitely contact him again for our next holidays!"

"First time using Candice as our cat sitter and we were very pleased with her overall service. We had good communication from the beginning and whilst we were away we had regular updates and she seemed to gel quickly with our cats. One of our cats does have some health problems so Candice took extra time with her which we were grateful for. She made sure the place was kept tidy and followed all our instructions. Will definitely be booking Candice again for future trips. "

"A special thanks to Beth for taking excellent care of our four cat babies for two weeks! They have a fairly complicated regime with different diets, medication and two cats that needs to be kept separated from one another. She was very diligent in following our established routine and keeping us updated every mealtime. She even spent time playing and bonding with them which meant a lot. "Very observant, careful and really really kind lady. She followed the feeding instructions closely and made me feel real assured. She is gentle and sweet with my cat. Carrie even stayed behind a little longer if she feels my cat is lonely or sad. She managed to befriend my cat almost right away and that left me with zero worries while on my trip. Carrie sends me clear updates every night promptly with some pictures as well. Lastly all I can say is a great "THANK YOU CARRIE❤️🌹". Thanks for being a great friend to Ash! "Sonia was amazing! It was our first time using a pet sitter and we were a bit nervous but she completely put us at ease. Throughout the whole booking process, the meet up and during our time away she kept us updated and was always on hand to answer any questions. Her communication was excellent and we really appreciated the updates and numerous videos when she visited our cat Winston. You could clearly tell Winston was happy and relaxed around Sonia too. "Beatriz was a type of sitter I've been looking for. She took care of my bunny as if he was hers (she used to have a bunny, too) spending lot of time talking, petting and playing with him even her home was quite far away.
It only took us a while via Pawshake.com to reach to agree as I originally asked her twice a day then she understood once a day and not everyday was also fine but we had frequent communication once connected via Whatsapp (more than necessary but for fun!) .
She gave me peace in my mind as only one of my regular sitter was available so that I had to leave with new sitters (total of 4 as a team) when we had meet and greet for her attentiveness, care and passion. My bunny was always waiting for her visit as he changes attitude depending on sitter and tells me during the video call if he likes the sitter or not. He was going around her which means he liked her a lot.
I'd definitely recommend her to any pet owner who looks for quality of care. Thank you so much!"
