"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"I send my doggies Bentley and Aston to Angela's for my recent getawayand.
Prior to that, whenever I travel, they were send to my close pal whom recently relocated to Canada. And I have look for a new boarding place.
Upon using pawshake, we managed to find Angela and also had a meet and greet session at her place prior to confirming the booking. My doggies were looking very comfortable around her.
Angela also provides regular updates and videos throughout the day so I know what those two were up to. And this gave me a peace of mind while I was away.
I really like the fact that my doggies gets to interact with other doggies too, close supervision.
And my doggies are able to roam freely at her place.

"Entrust my sometimes aggressive mongrel Miso in Xiuqing’s care and it was the best decision ever hehe was constantly sent updates on walkies, meal times and photos of her with other fluffies as well!
Always had trouble finding a sitter I could trust fully and who could take good care of Miso as she’s quite a character but felt so relieved and could enjoy my holiday without having to worry about whether my pup was homesick and feeling lonely but nope! "I sent my corgi for dog boarding with Agui recently. My family and I definitely felt fully satisfied and happy with the experience. She was really kind and patient during all meet and greet sessions towards our pet and showed love and care. She sent many picutres during the boarding too! When she came back Agui even gave us fruitful advice for taking care of our furry friend better and she even taught our dog a new trick! She brought our dog for walks multiple times daily and she also bathed, cut nails and combed our dog's fur. Highly recommend you to select Agui as your dog care taker. Overall Agui showed love care and patience to our pet and she'll very much take care of any other too! "

"Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Lynne took great care of Royce during his 1 week stay with her. She shared daily photos and updates on feeding, walks timings etc and my dog was very relaxed and well taken care of by her. "Had left my 6yr old Lab for 5 nights with Aarushi and her family and had complete peace of mind. He was looked after very well and we were updated regularly with photos and updates. There was always someone at home as promised. When our dog experienced tummy issues Aarushi increased the number of walks and was flexible to accomadate this issue. Definitely recommend her services"

"Left my dog with Kristy for 9 nights. She and her daughter took good care of my dog. As my dog has separation anxiety issues, they took note of it and didn't leave him alone at home. Fed my dog well and provides regular updates of my dog. My dog was happy staying with them. Will definitely book again with her whenever I travel. "

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"Latte was treated very very well under her care. She will wipe his eyes when he wakes up, mouth eat/drink water and paws after walk! From the way she treats all dogs during their stay, no doubt she is a very patient, kind and caring person for sure. I also received daily updates of my baby in appropriate amount of pictures which makes me able to travel without worry. Flexible pickup and drop off time too.
