From one who understands the worries of being away to the one who seeks a peace of mind while apart, this animal-loving, responsible sitter is on a mission to share some love with your woofs and meows!
Not a stranger to pawrenting, I'm able to:
- Dog or cat-sit, young or old (stay for 1.5h - 2h each time)
- Walk your furkid(s) at their pace, carry the smallies when they tire out (20 - 30 min walks in the evening)
- Clean up after furkid(s)/ litterbox
- Basic grooming for dog(s) e.g. ear cleaning, brushing of teeth, combing of fur
- Administer medicine/ injections/ sub-cut IV (if needed, with patience and treats!)
- Ensure that your furkid(s) has fun with playtime!!
- Practice training/ tricks with your pets lest your routine be broken
- Give you a peace of mind while you’re away as I’ll be sensitive to your furkid(s) needs/ requirements
- Provide regular updates and photos of your furkid(s)
Am embarking on a journey of self-healing and making new furriends as I lost my elderly dog of 19 years in August. Sandy, my English Cocker Spaniel, was gifted to me by my dad when she was a mere 8 weeks old! We were blessed with her tenacity and good health throughout most of her life earthside.
As she aged though, she started developing a couple of serious ailments such as arthritis, blindness, deafness, kidney failure, immobility in her hind legs and loss of most teeth. To confidently share that I’m adept at palliative care comes from being her main caregiver 24/7!
Besides Sandy, I also adopted Kylie, an elderly Singapore special (16yo) and, am co-pawrent to Luna, a one-eyed black cat (3yo)! Currently also housing Ollie, a rescued Singapore special (from 2016), at a boarding kennel due to aggression. The list goes on.
Note: Extra charges between $15 - 25 may apply during the festive season, depending on owner's requirements.

We were very grateful to have Vanessa take care of our 12 year golden for a few hours when we had to step out of home. Our dog (Oishi) has a few health and mobility issues/complications so we don't leave her alone at home and she can also take a while (often multiple visits) before she settles down with a new sitter so we're always a bit nervous when going out. But we were so happy to see that Oishi settled in pretty quickly with Vanessa and slept most of the evening after we left. To our surprise, when Vanessa was leaving, Oishi got up and followed her all the way out of the main door, almost as if she didn't want her to leave. So she made it very clear that she liked Vanessa a lot :-) Would definitely recommend Vanessa for your pets, especially those that may need some extra care and understanding.
Vanessa was full of love and kindness for my anxious spitz who was boarding for the first time. She's comfortable and experienced with handling dogs and also has a good read of them. I really couldn't ask for a better sitter, especially when not many sitters were keen to take my anxious Spitz in. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their lil ones to be in good hands and have a peace of mind.
