"Peggy exceeded our expectations. We were initially quite worried that Stitch would be too much as he was a teething puppy and still makes potty mistakes. But Peggy knew her way around dogs very well and Stitch was well cared for. She was also very reassuring and gave us daily updates on Stitch. We were very happy and relieved that Stitch had a lot of fun with the other dogs and even picked up some good habits. 10/10 would recommend and will board Stitch at Peggy's again if we have the opportunity."

"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"I send my doggies Bentley and Aston to Angela's for my recent getawayand.
Prior to that, whenever I travel, they were send to my close pal whom recently relocated to Canada. And I have look for a new boarding place.
Upon using pawshake, we managed to find Angela and also had a meet and greet session at her place prior to confirming the booking. My doggies were looking very comfortable around her.
Angela also provides regular updates and videos throughout the day so I know what those two were up to. And this gave me a peace of mind while I was away.
I really like the fact that my doggies gets to interact with other doggies too, close supervision.
And my doggies are able to roam freely at her place.

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Had left my 6yr old Lab for 5 nights with Aarushi and her family and had complete peace of mind. He was looked after very well and we were updated regularly with photos and updates. There was always someone at home as promised. When our dog experienced tummy issues Aarushi increased the number of walks and was flexible to accomadate this issue. Definitely recommend her services"

"Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!
It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"Latte was treated very very well under her care. She will wipe his eyes when he wakes up, mouth eat/drink water and paws after walk! From the way she treats all dogs during their stay, no doubt she is a very patient, kind and caring person for sure. I also received daily updates of my baby in appropriate amount of pictures which makes me able to travel without worry. Flexible pickup and drop off time too. "This is the first time I engaged Luz as pet sitter. To be honest, I’m full of worries to leave my furkid Xiao Bai (11 yrs old male) to a new pet sitter.
However, Luz turns out to be the most amazing sitter and Ginger (Luz’s Furkid) is one of the best & sweetest companion Xiao Bai ever had. Luz always keep us updated (very frequently) with interesting videos and photos of Xiao Bai and him playing/walking with Ginger. She is very careful in feeding Xiao Bai and very thoughtful/understanding/loving in every ways (e.g. Usually, I walk Xiao Bai by collar but I noticed she replaced with harness. Xiao Bai actually pee many times at some area of her patio during the stay, thinking he is at outdoor but Luz is just so patient that she did not mind).
Thanks very much Luz and Family for the extra love for Xiao Bai. We will sure engage your service again!
