The leash I can do is to care for your doggy while you’re away! :)

Leaving your dog with a stranger is no easy task - after all, they're family! I will do whatever I can to make you and your dog comfortable and happy, allowing you to relax while you're away.

I grew up with dogs and am a current dog owner. I have experience with all different dog types, and am comfortable with almost all breeds. My family and I have an excellent experience with handling dogs, big or small. Regular walks are provided throughout the day!

BEFORE YOU READ ON:

*I do not own a car so means of transportation must be provided by yourself*

*Your Doggy has to be house trained, meaning to say that he or she does not pee and poop inside the house!! I do not accept pee trays as i do not have any experience using them.

My previous two dogs have been house trained and I have been bringing them out for walks regularly so they don’t have to control for long. I do enjoy walking my dog too so it’s a win win for all*

*My dog is a male dog and he is not neutered! So if you have a female fur kid who is NOT neutered/sterilized, do reconsider!*

WHAT TO EXPECT!!

While staying with me, your dog will be housed in their own living space. Playtime will also be offered by my co assistant, my daughter, who has been the biggest dog lover since she was young. My Husband will also contribute into taking care of your fur kid , every dog we ever had has looked up to him and cared about him very much. I have no doubt that your dog will mingle well with him too!

The inner part of my condo is well kept. I’m a housewife and doing house chores has been a past time for me. As my dog, Yori, sheds a lot, I do vacuum and mop the floor every day so don’t worry about your doggy living in a filthy environment. I do also have a spacious balcony, where on some days the wind is really breezy. If you have any enquires of how my home looks, do check out images 2,3 and 4!

Surrounded by a great big, beautiful greenery, my condo is located in Yishun and my dog enjoys and loves to walk with other dogs! Occasionally, I do bring my dog for very long walks in the evenings as he favors walking so much! Your dog can join in our little adventures too! There is a Park Connected Network which is just five minutes away. It connects Yishun and Sembawang and your furry kid would surely enjoy walking in!

I will regularly send photos via Pawshake messaging during your dog's stay; no pressure to respond to every update! Please let me know if you would prefer I keep messages to a minimum.

I do have a dog of my own(Picture 15 onwards) ; Yori, who is a four year old Alaskan Malamute that LOVES to make new doggy friends. He is extremely friendly and loves to play! On some days, he lazes around the house and sleeps the whole day but on his active days, he would love to mingle around with your pup! Despite his big size, he’s the gentlest giant you and your fur kid will ever meet! He’s never met a furry friend he doesn't like, and can't wait to meet your dog!

More information about my experience with dogs:

My family and i lived in the United States for three years due to the military. There, we adopted an English Bulldog, Demon and a Big Bone Labrador Retriever, Biscuit.

1) Biscuit(not with us) - Biscuit was the bodyguard of our house and always tried to impress us by being too overprotective of us. His previous owner had trained him to be too over protective. He was the first dog my kids ever had. Biscuit was a loyal companion to the family and bringing him out for walks was a great exercise. Sadly, we had to give Biscuit away as his barking was too loud for the neighbors around us. (Picture 5&6)

2) Demon(not with us) - Demon was like a child of our own; such a sweetheart. Despite a scary name, he had a heart of an angel and our family was very fond of him. Towards the end of three years, we brought him to the vet to see if he could take a 18 hour flight back to Singapore. In the end, we couldn't bring him back to Singapore as the vet said that he might showcase abnormal behavior when he arrives here as bulldogs are poor travelers. We gave him away to a principal of a school, where she brings him to work everyday. We believe he’s having the time of his life there. We miss him everyday. (Picture 7 to 14)

3) Yori(currently with us!) - Currently we own and have adopted a ten year old Alaskan Malamute, Yori, who has a stubborn attitude like a toddler and been with us since he was 3! He’s really protective of my daughter and argues back with us when we’re chiding him or her. When we’re about to give him breakfast or dinner, he barks out of excitement and demand but other than that, he’s a quiet dog and doesn’t bark at all. Despite his big size and heavy weight of 56kg, he is the gentlest giant you and your fur-kid will ever meet! (Picture 15 onwards)
