Hello,

My name is Sanjay and I'm a massive dog lover (and all living creatures that walk planet earth in general). 

At the present moment, I'm a proud pawrent of a feisty 6 year old Singapore special. We adopted her when she was a pup and took her into our family in Dec 2017. That would form the bulk of my experience as far as dealing with pets go. I've no prior in dealing with cats (although I'm happy to give that a shot too, if the situation demands)

Happy to help in any way I can to take care of your pet.  

Outside of that blurb I'm a 30-something professional in the Software engineering world - I'm offering my services purely for the joy of spending time with animals and helping fellow pet-owners! I love exercising, volunteering and staying on top of the business world.

I've shared some details around the services that I provide in the subsequent section:

1️⃣ Dog Walking [(Min) 20 mins to 1.5 hrs (Max)]
2️⃣ Home Visits [1 hour]
Pet Care: I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes / age and conditions. Please let me know in advance if your dog is reactive or aggressive at the point of engagement, and before the actual pet walking/sitting.

To ensure your pet has my fulllest attention when walking, I will only accept a maximum of one medium/large-sized dog, or 2 small-sized dogs at any one time. As a fellow dog owner, I have undergone Basic Dog Obedience Training with my dog, As such, you can rest assure that your pet's walking habits will be maintained through positive re-inforcement. No off-leash dog play unless allowed by the owner in an appropriate area (e.g. dog parks). Flexible cancellation for wet weather.

What the owner can expect: Dog is left in an area stipulated by the owner upon return. House/apartment locked up and secured after the booking and while out on walks. Keys will be returned at the end of the booking as instructed by the owner.

What I expect: Easy and safe access to the house/apartment. Leash for walking and poo bags.

3️⃣ House Sitting [24 hours]

Pet Care: Price includes care of up to 2 pets. Pet's routine must be discussed in detail (preferrably through text messages, or meet-up). Any pet's daily necessities (e.g. food, water, bed, toys, cleaning equipment) should be provided by the owner.

What the owner can expect: I am comfortable with all types of pets, including reactive or aggressive pets, be assured that your pet(s) will have my utmost attention whenever they want to play and practice their tricks! Any mess made by pets shall be cleaned up by me. Pets will not be left alone for more than 2 hours, I will only leave the house to pack food back up to eat or to walk the pets. Number of short walks or long walks can be discussed during the duration of the house visits. Ideally, I should be able to access the area or rooms that the pet has access to, in order to provide proper supervision. Bathing or cleaning of pet's cages can be discussed. The house or apartment will be secured after leaving, and keys will be returned as instructed by the owner. For home petting services, I understand that safety and security is very important.

As a pet sitter, I will bring minimal items for my stay and I would remain contactable at all times during the house sitting/visit. Needless to say, updates (pictures / videos) of the pet(s) will be provided upon request by the owner.

What I expect: The pet(s) and I should have access to a cool, sheltered area to stay in for the duration of the house visit. If the owner has a security camera inside or outside the house, it must be disclosed to the sitter. If I am not the only person in the house during the agreed duration, I should be informed prior to the house sitting and I should have constant access (keys) to leave the house in cases of emergencies.
