Not only did he attend to their needs diligently, but he also went above and beyond by taking the initiative to clean up the yard and check on them during the day without us asking. His exceptional communication skills kept us reassured, especially as first-time clients. "First time engaging a dog walker for Kemi. Kemi is timid to follow but Aiwei is patient and understanding and coax her along for the walk. Kemi is fussy to select Poo spots but Aiwei manage to led her to successfully complete her business. Excellent service.

"Bryan is very friendly, helpful and very much an animal lover. He is the first dog walker who came with treats not just for my dog but also my cats! He also checked with me in advance on the type of treats that are suitable and bought them the day before. Bryan is also very communicative and provided lots of updates. He is also very flexible with last minute requests such as staying back to play with and feed my dog. I’m especially impressed by the effort he made to entice my stubborn husky to eat.
