About Vivek
Hi there fellow "pawrents"! My name is Vivek, and I have adored dogs since I was a baby boy. I've grown up around dogs, and am currently a proud "pawpa" of a lovely 4-year old Singaporean lab/retriever mix breed dog named Stella. My wife and I are her biggest fans. We hope to have many more dogs in our home someday; until then, we decided to pet sit for our friends and neighbours in our condo who go on holidays and/or staycations. Stella's welcoming nature has helped us have many dogs stay with us at our home, giving us the confidence to pet sit officially.
Before coming to Singapore, I used to live in the USA, where I have volunteered at a no-kill animal shelter for 4 years. I found it to be the most fulfilling experience of my life and have been looking to help animals everywhere, to the best of my capabilities! I have years of experience taking care of dogs, including Pitbulls - who are the most misunderstood breed of dogs. I have found them to be extremely gentle and loyal! Dogs are the purest souls to exist and their unconditional love just melts my heart!
We live in a dog-friendly condo which does not have any vehicles on the first level (they're only allowed in and out from the basement), and has a dog-run inside the premises for dogs to run and play off-leash. We have a ground-floor unit in the condo which has two decent sized patios for dogs to enjoy the outdoors, while still being in the house.
I'm very particular about my own dog's walking and feeding times, and I assure you that I respect all dogs' and their owners' schedules. Feel free to reach for any questions/clarifications. I look forward to taking care of your fur-babies!

Vivek is a very caring and responsible boarder who provided updates of Muffin several times a day which reassured us that she was in good hands. Although muffin is a fussy eater, he catered to all her needs and ensured that she ate well for every meal. Even though it was only a short stay, we could feel the love and concern Vivek has for muffin and will surely board muffin with him again in the future :-)
Vivek, Kari and Stella were absolutely dream boarders . We were very anxious , nervous and a whole mess trying to find a suitable boarder ( we tried 2 previously ) for our boy and they did everything according to our schedule and instructions for Oli. Vivek was very mindful of our concerns and made sure everything was done perfectly - down to tucking Oli to sleep, sending photo and video update. Kari showered Oli with loads of love and Stella was there to keep Oli company and matched his energy during play. I am one thousand percent coming back to Vivek and family. Thank you so much for putting our heart and minds at ease during our work trip.
