About Clara
Hi there! I'm Clara, I am currently in full-time graduate school and I am also a ceramicist.
I've grown up surrounded by animals and my family dogs, Alfa and Acee are both rescues. I have experience handling dogs and cats of various sizes and ages, and am able to administer oral medication, give baths and basic grooming. I also have experience with boarding and cat-sitting. (Dogs and cats you ask may tell you that I also specialise in ear rubs and full body massages 😉)
I love animals, not just dogs and cats, and am able to take care of your elderly pets as well. Before her passing in March 2023, Acee was 18yo and incontinent. She required hand-feeding and had trouble walking. Prior to her walking difficulty, she takes 30mins walk 3 times a day. I'm proud to say that my family dogs were both trained by me - I have to admit, as a kid I read dog encyclopedias and training manuals like storybooks.
I currently live with my husband in Clementi with our sweet SS, Lacey! My schedule is quite flexible and I am able to come by to your residence to feed, walk, play, give ear/ belly rubs and even stay longer when the need arises. I usually only take 1-2 pet-sitting engagements a day, so you can be rest assured that I will allocate ample time to care for your pets.
I'd be happy to send you daily updates upon request. I am also an avid home cook - I cook daily for our household - and am also familiar with homecooked diets for pets.

Please note: Home Visits will average around 30-45mins depending on the needs of your pet (feeding/ playing/ clearing of litter). Walks can be included at an additional cost to be discussed depending on duration required. As I prefer to take up engagements within a 2km radius, I would very much appreciate it if you can share your location with me when you first get in touch! For Dog Day Care arrangements, your dog should be comfortable with other dogs; appreciate if you can also share details on your dog's temperament when getting in touch. Thank you.
