Dog sitter that is happy to home-sit your pets in your home. Over 20 years of experience with all types of dogs - big and small. Great if your pet is active and love walks, otherwise, a chill pet is cool too.
Owner of a 2.5 year old border collie and previously, had a pom, a few singapore specials, a goldie and a huskie.
Good with showering pets but not cutting nails. Have my own transport so location is not an issue, unless there's no parking available on-site.
Currently, exploring dog sitting as a way to learn more about other breeds as am increasingly happier being in the company dogs :D
Experience wise, I train with my dog twice weekly at K9 acaemdy as he has behavioral issues - so am okay to handle slightly (read very mild) reactive dogs as long as they are below 12KG.

Boarding is for check and pick ups are between 12-2pm. There's some flexibility but if you need additional hours, please book an additional day care session.

Alvina was a great dog sitter and took wonderful care of our dog while we were away for the weekend. Melly is a rescue pup and is quite nervous in new places but Alvina knew how to approach her and interact with her in a way that meant Melly was very relaxed. Alvina was also very kind and understanding about Melly settling in, and kept me updated about her eating, sleeping and bathroom habits while we were away. I really appreciated Alvina meeting us prior to the weekend away and seeing how she interacts with her own pup really made me feel super confident that Alvina knows exactly how to read animals and give them the care, support, and interaction they need as well as how to help them have the best time when out in public. Overall we would highly recommend Alvina for anyone who needs a dog sitter and we know Melly is already looking forward to another Vacation at Alvina’s when we’re next away ☺️
Alvina is very proactive in her replies. There is constant updates and pictures of my pet being sent. Accommodating in arranging drop off and pick up, I like the flexibility. Will definitely use her again for next boarding.
