Hi everyone,

I'm a pawrent of a very curious, adventurous and abnormally friendly Shiba Inu. As with most Shibas, it has taken some time to get him used to and enjoying walking on a leash and harness. However, having gone through positive reinforcement and force-free training, it has been a wonderful learning journey and really exciting to see his progress. One of our favourite activities now is going on hikes at the many parks and nature trails around the island.

Our dog has personally benefited greatly from loose leash walking and being allowed to decompress and sniff to his heart's content on his walks. I would be happy to do the same with your small to medium-sized dog, preferably for evening or night walks in the areas around Central to Northeast Singapore. 

Depending on your dog's temperament, sociability and stamina, as well as your preferences, walks can be in your HDB or condo common areas (if allowed by the MCST) or around the neighbourhood. As far as possible, I will try to walk your dog in quieter areas so as to enhance your dog's ability to relax out in public. Your dog will have the freedom to decide where to sniff and where to go to build up its confidence. By default, I will also walk your dog solo (i.e. without my dog). 

We should definitely have a chat, whether over the phone or text or in person, about your dog and any aspects of his or her behaviour I should be aware of, so that the experience can be a good one for all of us (yourself included so that you don't have to worry too much!).
