I've had adopted dogs my whole life and we've adopted a Singapore Special from a local shelter where we are also registered fosterers for new pups. Our own girl is skittish and a bit cowardly around humans and improving every year so we understand temperamental pets and would be happy to cater to the needs of your fur-baby.

We are a house of 4 working adults (4 bedrooms), all pet lovers. We have toys and treats and a cage as well in case they need it, although our girl is free to roam in the house at all times. Our pup sleeps in the room with us, on her bed (and climbs on to ours at some point in the night) and unless you'd like us to enforce habits, your pup is welcome to sleep in our bedroom with us as well. 
I have a 3 year old Singapore Special named Rumour. She’s a bit scared of new people but very good with other dogs. We go on 2 walks everyday and she plays off-leash in open lawns near our home :)
I work from home and my routine is planned around my own dog, so your pet will be watched over all day
I’ve sat pets for friends and family and it’s always been such a pleasure to have an additional playmate for a while!
