About Esther

Hello there! We are Jonathan and Esther, pet parents to three adorable animals. Our furry family includes two Singapore specials, aged 2.5 years and 2 years, and a 4-year-old cat. All of them are local rescues, and we adore them to bits. Throughout our lives, we have had experience caring for cats, dogs, and bunnies. Although we can't accommodate more animals at the moment due to space constraints, we're always excited to meet new animal friends!

When we first brought our dogs home, they were very timid and shy. This experience has given us valuable insights into the care of such Singapore specials including the precautions necessary during walks, and the patience required for them to warm up to people.

In additional to our pets, we also have had some experience petsitting for our neighbors' dogs. We are comfortable caring for various breeds of dogs, cats and bunnies. 

We know firsthand that pets can experience loneliness when their families are away (we feel it too when we travel!). We've been fortunate to find reliable and caring pet-sitters through Pawshake and hope to dedicate some of our time to take care of your beloved pets whenever you need us!

Services provided:
Either Jon and/or Esther will be free everyday depending on the day and time. Either one or both of us will go over to your place. We will both go if we are available and we have our own transport.

During a house visit, we'll stay with your pet(s) for 45 mins to an hour. We will feed them, change their litter/pee pads, play with them and spend quality time with them. We'll send you photos and videos during each visit. We can also help with medication if the medicine can be mixed with their food.

For dogs in particular, we can bring them on walks around your estate. Do let us know if you have any walking routine or how much you'd like your dog to be walked

We are also able to help look after your plants. We have lots of our own plants at home so hopefully we'll know how to take care of yours too! Or you can give us specific instructions and we'll follow them. We can also help with collecting mail.

We can arrange for a visit beforehand so that we can meet each other and we can meet your pets, and familiarize ourselves with what we will do each session!
