"Vera took care of our Afro, Anna and Kobi while we were away for 3 days. She was willing to prepare their special meal of shredded boiled prawns, which meant as a treat for them while we are away as its their favourite food. We are truly grateful to Vera for going the extra mile which was to come back to our place to find Afro, as Afro was hiding the first time she made her visit. Val was an amazing sitter! She took excellent care of my cats while I was away for 9 days and sent me photos and videos every day. In the past, when I boarded my cats elsewhere, they would come home acting differently. But this time, thanks to Val, they were their usual selves when I returned. "Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"I would call Zakwan a “cat whisperer “! My cat Dasha was immediately smitten with him! We were looking for a last minute cat sitter as our designated person declined at the last minute before our travel and Zak immediately volunteered to come to our home and take notes on the pet sitting. During the pet sitting he was meticulous, paying attention to details and even cleaned up some cat related items which was not in the checklist. My cat had a really great time with him and I think she actually misses him now so we booked Zak for every Friday to take care of Dasha 😍 We continue to keep booking Zak as he is the best cat sitter one can ask for! What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.
To be honest, it took me a long time to trust a pet sitter again. For years, I avoided leaving my cat in anyone else’s care, even skipping trips with my family. A past experience made me realize that no matter how much someone loves animals, experience matters far more when it comes to pet sitting. That’s why I chose Cathy. Her experience with senior cats, especially administering IV fluids, was a key factor in my decision.
Cats are sensitive creatures, and no matter how well-prepared we are, there are always risks when leaving them in someone else’s care. But Cathy handled everything with professionalism and care, and I am incredibly grateful for that.
