When you need to go away on vacation, we are there for your furry friends too! We provide a safe and secure environment for your pets, while you enjoy some time out of town or attend to your personal matters. You can look forward to daily updates on your pet’s meals, how well they have adapted to the new environment and pictures of them having fun with other dogs or people. 

As pet owners, we understand that it takes a lot of effort to get your beloved pooch to trust somebody. That is why, we want you to know us better before deciding if your dog is happy and safe in our care. Please arrange for a home visit as part of the initial sign-up process so that you and your pet get together before making any commitment - this allows for more comfortable transition for both parties. We want to ensure that both you as a pet owner and us as your entrusted dog sitter are comfortable with each other before any arrangements
are made. 

As a busy pet parent, if you are running short of time in preparing your pet's food, we will be glad to prepare your pet's meals while you are away, provided your pet is not a fussy eater. You only need to inform us at the time of home visit, or text us if you prefer to do so. Your pet will be fed with the same well balanced diet that our dog has always looked forward to his meal time.

A short stay is defined as 1 to 4 nights of boarding. Pets are to be picked up at the approximate time they were left for boarding. We understand you may be late and need extra time which we are happy to allow up to 2 hours delay. However, if you are picking up your pets late, in excess of 2 hours, additional hourly rate shall be based on day care rate on a pro rated basis. 

A long stay is defined as 5 nights of boarding and beyond. Pets are to be picked up at the approximate time they were left for boarding. We understand you may be late and need extra time which we are happy to allow up to 6 hours delay. However, if you are picking up your pets late, in excess of 6 hours, additional hourly rate shall be based on day care rate on a pro rated basis.

Day care considered 9am to 5pm or 8 hours. If prevailing day care rate is $40, hourly rate shall then be $5.
