We are three dog lovers and dog carers: me, my husband and our helper. Anyone of us alone can care for your dog with love. Your dog will always be happy to be near us!
Before we accept any booking, we do a pre-boarding report about your dog, just like a vet or pet hospital would ask. We take our responsibility seriously! Requests for exclusive boarding, i.e. no other dogs, can be approved with a 30% premium.
Meet and greets are fine. We do ours over a cup,of tea!
For the busy dog owner, video calls and videos are used, too.
Don't settle for the fastest reply. We can reply and accept within 24 hours once both sides understand your dog, so patience pays off!
We've owned dogs since 2000. Our children grew up with our dogs. All our dogs lived long and happy lives filled with love, play and exercise.
We've trained our dogs for grass/outdoor toilet, walking, simple commands and running. Our house rules and basic politeness take precedent. Hand signals and voice commands are enough.
We offer care from our home and can walk and run your dog.
Our home has 1) 120 sq meters, 2) a cul d'sac and a large backyard and pool area. Nearby, we have several areas of one hectare or more of greens, "parks," where all the neighborhood dogs go and play.
It takes 3 days for a dog to become accustomed to a new environment, so a 7 day minimum booking for boarding is the best for your dog. Exceptions of less than 7 days can be considered on a case-by-case basis. We bathe your dog free of charge when boarding is 7 nights.
To keep things as normal as possible, bring your dog's leash, harness, favorite dry food/treats, bed, toiletries, toys and meds. We recommend grooming before drop off to help cope with the Singapore heat!
Dogs trained for grass are ideal, but pee tray for the younger ones is ok. This shows that owners have invested personal time in training. We prefer dogs who eat dry or canned foods.
Per our Pawshake preferences, we prefer small dogs 6kg or under. Occasional exceptions can be considered based on behavior.

Reviews
Gryphon, my doggo, was in the care of Kim & team for 3 weeks. During his stay, we could see that they took very good care of Gryphon. From the photos, we could see that Gryphon was always clean even when he was out on his walks. They even gave him a bath on the day we were collecting him. From the photos which Kim sent, we could see that they included Gryphon in their other activities, not only their walks; e.g. they brought Gryphon down with them when they were at the poolside and Gryphon was interacting with Kim at the edge of the pool 😊. Interaction with pets is key to mitigate their missing and it was comforting to receive photos showing Kim & Landy’s interaction with Gryphon. Gryphon came home clean, healthy and happy. Thank you Kim and team for the care you gave to Gryphon.
We left our Tuco in the care of Kim and her team for 2 weeks and we have nothing but praises for them. We first contacted Kim back in Mar 2024 and we arranged an introductory meeting and brought Tuco to her home for a house visit. They are staying in a very nice home which is very conducive for a dog. They also have a yard for potty and light exercise below their home in the event of bad weather. Kim had a Maltipoo before and along with other reviews on here, we were very comfortable and confident to leave Tuco with them for 2 weeks.
In April, we booked an overnight stay for Tuco as a 'dry-run' and everything went very smoothly, Kim and her team knew what to do to make sure Tuco settled in well for the night. Prior to the boarding, Kim tied down all the timing with us and all the necessary things to take note with Tuco. Kim and her team repeatedly told us to enjoy our vacation and relax. Throughout the two weeks, they provided regular updates of Tuco, sending pictures to us, and assured us that Tuco is doing very well with them.
Tuco thoroughly enjoyed his time with Kim and her team. He got 3 to 4 walks a day and got full attention from the team everyday. Tuco came home a very happy pup and we were surprised that he was given a nice bath by Kim before he returned. I would highly recommend anyone to trust Kim and her team with their furkid. We will definitely engage them in the future for our Tuco.
