We are three dog lovers and dog carers: me, my husband and our helper. Anyone of us alone can care for your dog with love. Your dog will always be happy to be near us!
Before we accept any booking, we do a pre-boarding report about your dog, just like a vet or pet hospital would ask. We really care. We take our responsibility seriously!
Meet and greets are fine. For the busy dog owner, video calls and videos are useful, too.
Don't settle for the fastest reply. We can reply and accept within 24 hours once both sides understand your dog, so patience pays off!
We've owned dogs since 2000. Our children grew up with our dogs. All our dogs lived long and happy lives filled with love, play and exercise.
We've trained our dogs for grass/outdoor toilet, walking, simple commands and running. Our house rules and basic politeness take precedent. We never hit them. Hand signals and voice commands are enough.
We offer care from our home and can walk and run your dog.
Our home has 1) 120 sq meters, 2) a cul d'sac and a large backyard and pool area. Nearby, we have several areas of one hectare or more of greens, "parks," where all the neighborhood dogs go and play.
It takes 3 days for a dog to become accustomed to a new environment, so a 7 day minimum booking for boarding is the best for your dog. Exceptions of less than 7 days can be considered on a case-by-case basis. We bathe your dog free of charge when boarding is 7 nights.
To keep things as normal as possible, bring your dog's leash, favorite dry food/treats, bed, toiletries, toys and meds. We recommend grooming before drop off, if both sides agree.
Dogs trained for grass are ideal, but pee tray for the younger ones is ok. This shows that owners have invested personal time in training. We prefer dogs who eat dry or canned foods.
Per our Pawshake preferences, we prefer small dogs 6kg or under. Occasional exceptions can be considered based on behavior.

Reviews
After reading many positive reviews here for Kim, we have decided to engage Kim for a 14 days homestay for our Tuco. Prior to our overseas trip, we have decided to do a one day trial run for Tuco to make sure he is comfortable with Kim and her home. The trial has ended and Tuco has absolutely no issue with Kim and her house (which is perfect for Tuco). Kim sent us photos of Tuco both from his walk and at her home.
I must say Kim provided a better living environment for Tuco than us. She mentioned that she walks Tuco multiple times, which is more than what he usually gets at home. She returned a very enriched and satisfied Tuco back to us. Highly recommended.
Kim & Team both are very friendly and easy going during our first greet and meet. Both check in and check out are smooth sailing no issues at all. They were also very
kind to offer tea during the session and both were very patient to understand Butter requirement and behaviour. Can tell they are both very passionate with dogs and had taken great care of Butter throughout the 11 nights while we are away. Kim sent short updates and picture of Butter on a daily basis and will ask questions about Butter when in doubt. They also help to shower little Butter which was much appreciated. Besides this, Kim has been responsive and provided assurance that Butter is in good hands. Will definitely house board Butter with Kim and Landy again in the near future when planning for the next vacation.
