About myself
My name is Fiona, and I have a rescue puppy (Duke) who is soon reaching 3 years old. He's the love of my life and I can't remember what life was like before I got a dog. And I wouldn't want it any other way! I'm a dog person through and through.
My experience
Apart from being Duke's primary caretaker, I've also dog walked and dog sat for families I've met through Pawshake. This includes families with a Jack Russel Beagle mix; a Shih Tzu and Chihuahua; and two lovely golden retrievers and a Cocker Spaniel. These dog sitting experiences are fond memories I hold dearly, as I had the chance to care for these dogs before I got one of my own. I also did regular dog walks for an adorable cavapoo.
My services
I offer dog walking services, home visits, and day care services. I am also open to boarding dogs if they get along well with my own. I am most comfortable with small to medium dogs, but am open to caring for larger dogs, as my own dog is about 20kg heavy. I would gladly customise dog walks to your preference, or to your dog’s needs and energy level.
Additionally, if your dog is good with other pets and vaccinated, I'd be happy to bring Duke over for a play while dogsitting. He loves playing with other dogs, of all shapes and sizes!
