"We couldn't be happier with Nina's cat-sitting services! She took care of our two cats for and stayed in our flat. "We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK.
From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.
It was a very pleasant, trouble-free experience, and so we'd have no hesitation in recommending Wee to anyone needing a house or dog sitter, or engaging Wee again ourselves. "

"There is always the fear of unknown by having someone unfamiliar live in your home with your pets. Wen removed our jitters when we first met at introduction and gradually gave us the trust that actually having her live with our pets was the sure way to go instead of sending them for boarding. "Regan is a wonderful dog sitter. We needed someone to stay at our place while we were away for 1 week to take care of our dog. Doggie is a rescue Singapore Special; he is very fearful of strangers and has a lot of fear triggers. We left a lot of instructions for Regan, and we were afraid of being obnoxious/overbearing, but Regan was always so gracious and he readily complied with them all. Once our dog got to know Regan, he was so at ease around Regan that we were pleasantly surprised! He replied swiftly, communicated effectively and also took initiatives in some aspects that we did not require of him. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to any dog parents. Thank you so much Regan and happy new year! "

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!
We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. She's not just a cat sitter; she's a true cat lover, and we're lucky to have found her. We'll definitely engage her more often in the future!"

"I'll start this review by simply saying, I cannot recommended Ally highly enough! I know that's a statement I'll come to regret when she gets so popular that I'll never be able to book her again, but a fantastic job and deserves a great review.
My wife and I bought tickets to the Singapore GP months before we expected to get a pup. As the weekend drew nearer we were considering missing the race to take care of our new family member. Fortunately though, that's when I discovered pawshake and met Ally. After a brief meet N greet we felt confident in her ability to trust her with our little man, so we booked her and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Ally was punctual, friendly, and loving towards our dog. Though it might feel odd to leave your home in the hands of someone you barely know, I can say from experience that Ally took such good care of our place that I feel comfortable enough to book her again without hesitation.
My wife and I loved her regular updates that kept us in the loop, and how she even managed to win over our dog who is naturally very suspicious of anyone new. Needless to say, Ally is going to be our first and only choice for any pet care bookings in the future. "

"We had to leave our 2 pets for the weekend. As our dog is still a puppy (4mo), we were really worried about letting him with a petsitter. But Wayne is a great person, we had regular updates and photos/videos. We can see he has a lot of experience. "Alden was great at home-sitting with our dog. He was on time and his communication was excellent - he asked good questions and kept us updated often which was greatly appreciated. We had quite a few neighbors and friends comment that they bumped into him while he was walking our dog and they had only nice things to say - they complimented his polite demeanor and that he was very good with our dog and spoke to her with care and confidence. He was also great at accommodating any requests we had while he was sitting for us. Overall an excellent experience and hope to hire him again as our dog seems to really like him!"

"Lydia & Cez stayed in our home and looked after our Dalmatian 'Buddy' over Christmas / New Years and we could not be happier with how it worked out. In a case of bad timing, only 2 days after we left, Buddy developed an urgent medical condition (bladder stones) that required immediate surgery and Cez & Lydia dealt with it brilliantly including several trips to the vet and ongoing support for Buddy as he recovered from the surgery over the following couple of weeks. It was clear when we arrived home that Buddy had become very attached to Cez and Lydia and had been very comfortable with them. They also did a great job of looking after our house. I would definitely recommend them and will be checking their availability first next time we are planning a trip."

"Vanessa and Alton were perfect pet sitters! We had them for more than 3 weeks house sitting our dog and cat. They kept the communication going many times a day, sending us updates on the pets. Our dog was spoiled by Vanessa and Alton, lovely walks and cuddles! Our pets will miss them dearly. Vanessa and Alton also looked after our house nicely, which made our trip a lot more relaxed.
