"Definitely my go-to sitter for my cat now! Had to go a holiday while my cat was recovering from a bout of sickness and I was a nervous wreck. But Zarah really took great care of Lychee, gave her lotsa cuddles, helped me to settle and clean up mishaps, and provided just enough videos and pics to put me at ease.

"Nich is an absolute gem of a catsitter. I left my beloved cat, Maki, in her care while I was overseas, and I couldn't have made a better choice. She provided Maki with exceptional love and attention, making sure she felt safe and comfortable in her own home.

"Jiaying is extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure our pets were comfortable and happy. She is completely reliable and responsible, having her own pets that she loves and cares for.
She provided regular updates (one of our dogs had wound that needed delicate care) and took care of everything they needed and more, so we could be completely stress-free while leaving our pets with her!

"Vijay recently took care of my two cats, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, communication was fantastic – prompt and responsive. I received thoughtful updates, photos, little notes that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. He even shared observations on their behaviour, mood and body language. That kind of attention and keen eye was a first for me! Even when he came in to meet my cats they went to him promptly and were comfortably curious, including my generally shy and skittish one. One of my cats requires daily medication, and it was such a relief knowing it was handled with care and consistency.
Both my kitties looked so happy, comfortable, and well-cared-for when I returned – it was clear they had been given not just the essentials, but also real attention and affection. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets is priceless, and I feel lucky to have found such a genuine sitter. "I’m truly grateful for Cathy’s service. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and her ability to handle unexpected situations gave me great confidence in her. Without a doubt, I would use her service again.
What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.
To be honest, it took me a long time to trust a pet sitter again. For years, I avoided leaving my cat in anyone else’s care, even skipping trips with my family. A past experience made me realize that no matter how much someone loves animals, experience matters far more when it comes to pet sitting. That’s why I chose Cathy. Her experience with senior cats, especially administering IV fluids, was a key factor in my decision.
Cats are sensitive creatures, and no matter how well-prepared we are, there are always risks when leaving them in someone else’s care. But Cathy handled everything with professionalism and care, and I am incredibly grateful for that. "Truly a lifesaver. I'd vetted through profiles from Pawshake and Petbacker (which was confusing to me). I also had a flight in 2 days and couldn't find someone reliable that fit our profile - thank god Pat was available.
As it was our first time engaging a pet sitter, she was super accommodating and understanding, and arranged for a meet and greet the night before. We went through the kitties' quirks and feeding schedules, and she took careful notes on what her sequence should be like when she comes over too.
My favourite part was getting pic and vid updates on their food, poop and also super cute pics of the kitties. We could tell they were well taken care of and in good hands, as the kitties were always posing for their pics w bellies up for her hahaha.
One thing to commend on was her genuine concern for the cats. As one of our cats has a heart condition, Pat stayed around and made sure she ate, despite Mira being fussy with food, and her having to wait around a bit more for her food to defrost.
When we came back, the kitties were calm and chill. No separation anxieties or behaviours out of the norm. I attributed that largely to her calming and loving presence w the kitties. Thank you Pat for looking after them like they're your own <3

"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"
