Your beloved pooch will be the only guest at any point with us (unless he/she has a brother or sister in which case we may accept a maximum of 2 guest dogs). So you can be assured that your dog will receive dedicated care.
We are a couple (1 of us is a stay home doggy mom) with 2 rescued senior Mini Schnauzers. No other humans live with us. Both of them (as well as our previous dog who has sadly passed) have been serving as therapy dogs bringing smiles and cheers to seniors at nursing homes. The entire family will be delighted to meet you and your pooch to be sure everyone loves each other before he/she joins us for a staycation.
A typical day in our household starts with an early breakfast followed by a 40-60min walk at the neighborhood park connector. During the day all pooches including toilet trained guests will have free roam of the 3-bedroom apartment at all times and enjoy playtime with the humans and/our other dogs. Evening walk of an hour follows dinner after which all dogs get a wipe down before they join the humans in the comfort of their air-conditioned bedroom. Your furkid will have his own bed (either provided by yourself or we can use one of ours).
No dog is ever left alone for more than a short duration when a human dashes out for groceries or a quick meal. Very often, the dogs join the humans for their meals at pet-friendly restaurants.
Pick up and drop off service can be arranged for a small additional fee.
We would ask that you provide us with the food that your dog is accustomed to and detailed instructions of any specific care or medication that might be needed. If your dog stays with us for more than a week, we will give him/her a bath before he/she returns home.
We can also provide dog walking & home visit services within a 1km radius when we don't have other canine guests staying with us.
If your dog is male we would prefer to accept only neutered ones as one of our dogs is quite barkish (but not aggressive) towards un-neutered boys. Your dog also needs to be up to date with his/her vaccinations and on flea/tick prevention medication. Both our dogs are neutered, current with their vaccinations and receive monthly flea/tick prevention.
Let us know if you have any queries or specific requests and we will be more than glad to address them.
Cooper had an amazing time with Bea and her fur babies! Thank you
