"We couldn’t be happier with Hazi. She stayed in our apartment for a week to take care of our Labrador, and everything went perfectly. From the start, she gave us so much peace of mind—sending regular updates, photos, and videos so we could see how happy and well cared-for our pup was.
She didn’t just “watch” him, she really spent quality time playing, walking, and giving him attention, which made all the difference. On top of that, she was respectful of our home, leaving everything just as tidy as when we left.

"For anyone who’s looking for a committed, easy-going and reliable sitter- look no further! Trixie is one of the best on this platform.
Before coming across Trixie’s profile I had communicated with another sitter who cancelled us a week before our trip. So, to say Trixie was god-sent is an understatement. I was able to keep Trixie up to speed relatively quick and she understood our requests for overnight booking (for 8 fussy cats!!) so hats off to her.
Trixie initiated a group chat to communicate updates on our cats well-being for the 2 nights she’ll be staying over. I can attest she went above and beynd for our furry-bullies who unfortunately put Trixie to a lot of work (cleaning vomit and poop outside of litter tray!!), to which she met up to the task every single time.
Caring for 8 notti fussies is a lot considering Trixie does not have any pets of her own but she was able to prioritise each cat’s antics and provided a safe space for all of them. The cats truly felt way too comfortable with her and I have no doubt in my mind Trixie will care for your needy kitties too if you’re looking for an ideal petsitter.
Would we book Trixie again? A hundred percent if Trixie would have us! I am saving her contact forever and recommending to friends and family should they require pet-sitting services.

"Engaged Cindy to house sit and my cats seemed relaxed under her care. I like it that she is patient with the lengthy and detailed guide I swarmed her on my cats’ feedings etc. One of my cats required medications just before I left for my trip and I’m so thankful that Cindy was up to the challenge! She also followed various instructions well. The only improvement I can think of is probably more daily pics and videos of my cats or her interactions with them, but I can also understand she was likely hands tight. Overall, very happy with her! Thank you Cindy!"

"Annabelle took care of our dogs and cat for a week while we were traveling. She sent daily photos, videos, and updates. She was also great about giving my big dog his allergy meds and probiotics, and putting shoes and socks on him to go outside. "I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!

"We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK.
From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.

"We could not have wished for a better experience. She did everything for our dogs. She was with them for a week and a half, and our dogs definitely were sad to see her go. When anything came up, she was right there taking care of it (had an unplanned vet visit in the middle). She kept in constant communication and we always knew how our dogs were doing.
