Hi there! We are Kate and Tim, a couple who loves working with dogs and welcomes furry guests to join us at our forest home near the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve! 🌳⛰️ 

RESIDENT PETS

Our resident dog Aris, is a Singapore Special and can be a little shy with human strangers, but loves to play with all other dogs! She's fully vaccinated and disease-free! We are confident that she will be a great host to our furry guests 🐶 

We highly encourage all of our first-time clients to drop by for a short meet and greet session at our place, before making their booking. It is important to see how our dogs get along, and for pet parents to take a look at the daycare/boarding environment. Of course, it's also a great opportunity for them to ask us all the questions they want! :)

CARE & SPACE

We live in a spacious 3BR condo apartment 🏡 with just the two of us and Aris. As we are both self-employed and work from home daily, your pet will enjoy almost 24/7 human companionship during his/her stay with us!

We are a super active family and strongly believe that well-exercised dogs are happy dogs :) Surrounded by lush greenery near the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, we take Aris and our guest dogs out for long walks 2 to 3 times a day. For some of the high-energy or more athletic dogs that stay with us (i.e. Husky mixes, Border Collies, Labradors), we take them on a run along the beautiful Rail Corridor, together with Aris. That being said, we are happy to cater to your walk schedule as well as each animal's individual pace and needs. 

Animals at our home are allowed to free roam whenever the humans are home and interact under supervision. We have a baby gate installed to separate them and provide downtime when needed. A playpen can also be set up if your pet feels more comfortable in confinement at the start of his/her stay. 

FEEDING

We can provide feeding bowls but please bring your pet's food, treats and supplements if any. Do let us know beforehand if your pet is on any oral medication - we have experience taking care of old and sick dogs so we can administer them safely and smoothly. Any allergies and preferences should also be highlighted to us!  

We have a routine of feeding Aris twice a day, with some enrichment toys (puzzle boards, snuffle mats, lickimats, kong, etc.) in between. We can do the same for your pet but we will be happy to follow your schedule if any!

DAYCARE SERVICES

Our usual daycare hours are 8am-630pm (10 hours), during which both of us will always be around to tend to your pet. We also offer two-way transport for our daycare pups, at an additional fee, prices will vary depending on the distance, do PM us for more details!

REGULAR UPDATES

We know that owners will definitely miss their furkids, so we are more than happy to provide daily photo and video updates, as well as occasional video calls if requested :) A group chat will be set up on WhatsApp or Telegram with the pet parents, to facilitate easier communications. 

OTHER IMPORTANT SERVICES/INFORMATION

SURCHARGES:
The following surcharges apply if you have a pet that falls in the categories below.
We take pride in going the extra mile to ensure that every pet that stays with us is well taken care of and most importantly, happy :)

1) DOGS > 15 KG - $15/night surcharge on boarding and daycare rates
2) PUPPIES (12 MONTHS OR YOUNGER) - $20/night surcharge on boarding and daycare rates

3) SENIOR DOGS (10 YEARS OR OLDER) - $15/night surcharge on boarding and daycare rates

TRANSPORT SERVICES:
If you live quite a distance away from us, we can provide transport services for up to 2 dogs at once, subject to scheduled availability and booked at least 3 days before. Please PM for more details. 

HOME VISITS & WALKING SERVICES:
Do note that our home visits and walking services are only available for clients who live in the Beauty World/Bukit Timah area. During our home visits, we typically take the dog(s) out for a 30 min walk, followed by feeding, play or chores like clearing used pee pads, etc. 

BATHING SERVICES:
For dogs that stay with us for longer than 14 days, we can provide complimentary bathing services! Please provide your pet's shampoo if they can only use a specific brand/type :) 

IMPORTANT NOTES: PLEASE READ!

For the safety of the animals residing at our home, we can only take in non-aggressive pets. Resource guarding tendencies should also be highlighted to us, so that we can better manage the dogs and prevent conflicts from arising.

Your pet should not be currently suffering from any potentially contagious health conditions, such as kennel cough, canine influenza or skin bacterial infections. We seek your kind understanding on this, as it is our responsibility to not risk the health of our furry guests!    

To be considerate to our neighbours, we only accept pets that do not suffer from severe separation anxiety (i.e. excessive barking or whining). 

Last but not least, we kindly request for your pet to be pee pad trained or grass trained. For the former, pee pads should be provided by owners. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
