"Annabelle took care of our dogs and cat for a week while we were traveling. She sent daily photos, videos, and updates. She was also great about giving my big dog his allergy meds and probiotics, and putting shoes and socks on him to go outside. She even succeeded in getting our very independent cat to be somewhat social. Would highly recommend her as a pet sitter. "

"Dawn was amazing and I would certainly entrust her to spend time in my home and take care of my two dogs. I have two larger, older dogs (one still high energy). Dawn sent pictures and updates every day, and took great care of them and my house. One dog had a minor incident (eating a couple of packets of Oreos) and she was kind enough to call the vet and inform me (the dog was fine).
I also messed up the booking days and we were able to arrange an extension without any issue.
I 100% recommend contacting her. I will be again for sure.

"So happy we found Liping. We recently moved to the area and have had bad experiences in the past with sitters. She was happy to meet us prior to our booking for an introduction and are so grateful for finally finding someone who can watch our little man. "I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"Engaged Cindy to house sit and my cats seemed relaxed under her care. I like it that she is patient with the lengthy and detailed guide I swarmed her on my cats’ feedings etc. One of my cats required medications just before I left for my trip and I’m so thankful that Cindy was up to the challenge! She also followed various instructions well. The only improvement I can think of is probably more daily pics and videos of my cats or her interactions with them, but I can also understand she was likely hands tight. Overall, very happy with her! Thank you Cindy!"

"I'll start this review by simply saying, I cannot recommended Ally highly enough! I know that's a statement I'll come to regret when she gets so popular that I'll never be able to book her again, but a fantastic job and deserves a great review.
My wife and I bought tickets to the Singapore GP months before we expected to get a pup. As the weekend drew nearer we were considering missing the race to take care of our new family member. Fortunately though, that's when I discovered pawshake and met Ally. After a brief meet N greet we felt confident in her ability to trust her with our little man, so we booked her and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Ally was punctual, friendly, and loving towards our dog. Though it might feel odd to leave your home in the hands of someone you barely know, I can say from experience that Ally took such good care of our place that I feel comfortable enough to book her again without hesitation.
My wife and I loved her regular updates that kept us in the loop, and how she even managed to win over our dog who is naturally very suspicious of anyone new. Needless to say, Ally is going to be our first and only choice for any pet care bookings in the future. "

"We could not have wished for a better experience. She did everything for our dogs. She was with them for a week and a half, and our dogs definitely were sad to see her go. When anything came up, she was right there taking care of it (had an unplanned vet visit in the middle). She kept in constant communication and we always knew how our dogs were doing.
