"I bet Serene is a great sitter with any dogs. She is reliable, responsive and sweet. She sent me a lot of pictures and videos during his stay that showed us how he enjoys staying with her and her dog. "It is the very first time I use Pawshake App for finding a fur sitting, we are so lucky to have Soraya. She is serious and enthusiastic. She invited us to meet before the dog went to stay, so that the dog could adapt better and both of us could have a better understanding, During the boarding time, she sent photos and videos to me frequently, and she also brought my fur kid to the restaurant which we usually went there. "It was easy to communicate with David & Lin, they were flexible with drop off and pick up times during our three days of doggy day care and I felt that our dog was well looked after. They sent several photos during the day and our dog didn't seem to mind being dropped off. They were also available at short notice, which was helpful too. "As first-time pawrents to 5mo Mochi, we were naturally concerned if we can find a trustworthy pet sitter. But Karen and Joo allayed our concerns when we saw how proactive and responsive they are in communication. During the meet-and-greet, I can immediately sense that they are a pet-loving family. During the boarding, they provided appropriate updates through WA - just frequent enough to put you at ease, and at the same time knowing that they are spending time taking care of her. We know Mochi has been well taken care of when she came home happy and not showing any signs of anxiety. They followed my instructions on feeding, and even cleaned the stuff we brought over, like pee tray, plates, etc. after using them.. packed them neatly for us. I can't say enough for how grateful I am! Now I know why there are many pet owners who keep coming back to them. Highly recommended!"
